I called Dave with a computer problem and he came out the same day. He ran diagnostics and was able to help. He didn’t solve my problem to his satisfaction and as a result, charged me a reduced rate.

David was amazing. My computer was completely frozen. He came over and worked on it in my kitchen and then took it home to finish when I had to leave the house. He dropped it off and it was like new. Faster than before and he had installed a program that helps me detect problems. He taught me how to use the program and was very nice the entire process.
Not only is my computer better than ever, I feel a since of relief that I know someone I can call and trust when another issue arrives! Plus, totally reasonable rates.
