Not sure why this has only one star, it is the better Walgreens around the area… much nicer and friendlier service and people actually say hi to you and you don’t feel like just a number.

I called the Walgreen’s to get a Shingles vaccination and was told that a Prescription from my doctor was required because I’m under 50 years old. I got the Rx and not only did they refuse my self pay request for the shot, they told me that they don’t give shots to people under 50 «Company Policy». I politely asked the pharmacist to call their wellness clinic because they told me about the under 50 years old prescription and he refused. I went directly to Jewel/​Osco pharmacy and they gave me the shot! This was the most horrible customer service at Walgreens and I’m extremely put off by their lack of willingness to make the call to verify that they could give me the shingles vaccine. #walgreenshorriblecustomerservice. #walgreenslostcustomer

Debbie, one of their pharmacists, is rude and unfriendly. There’s no need to avoid helping a patient when you are in the business of customer service.
