…and then So the joint up the street was slammed and I was pressed for time so I came here. I do not regret the choice. I ordered a lumberjack omelet and it was prepared very well. The server was attentive and always checking to see if I needed anything else even though they were busy which is a positive from other locations that you may or may not have to flag down short of throwing a lightning bolt at to get more coffee. Its just like all the other typical breakfast joints in this city and you just have to hit them all on the right day. That being said this location went back to cash only. Not a big deal but can be a problem if you live on plastic. That’s not smart by the way.

It is what it is, a fast food breakfast place«a la Waffle House.» You won’t find signature omelets but they have a good hash with vegetables and ham. Corned beef hash is canned. Coffee is not that good but ok. If you want something to eat quick then come here, just don’t expect too much. But that’s ok.

It’s No John Boys but it’s ok. I won’t go back and didn’t feel I got my money’s worth. Not saying don’t go but it wasn’t for me. Maybe I went on an off day or maybe I shouldn’t have ordered a salad but if I want this style restaurant then John Boy’s is only a mile away; that’s were I feel I’ve gotten my money’s worth.

This is a great place to go if you want food that’s not as good as Waffle House, but costs twice as much. Speaking as someone who is sober, I don’t understand why people eat here… except for the 4 am bar dwelling crowd. They do however, seem relatively clean, you probably don’t have to worry about rat droppings in your overpriced breakfast food. or anything like that.

Biscuits and gravy were phenomenal. The ribeye steak on the other hand not so much. If ur gonna pay $ 6 for a steak I wouldn’t trust it’s quality

First, BRINGCASH or you will be forced to use the ATM machine which charges an outrageous fee. This is my third time eating at this location and by far my worst. Ordered steak and eggs. Hash browns were undercooked and they charged me $ 3.00 extra for the double order and $ 0.70 for cheese. A little much in my book. Waitress delivered dirty silverware but noticed it while placing it in front of us and exchanged it. She seamed to not want to be there and it showed, no smile just«What’ll you have» food was decent but I’m regretting my choice today. Hit and miss at this location lately.

SO the 5 stars is for what I truly believe about this place, I’m OBSESSED. But you need to know that this is not your typical«5 star restaurant» It is essentially a diner. Pretty dive-y. But the food is freaking amazing. My husband and I recently moved here from Arkansas and after a 10 hour drive to our new home we were STARVING and stopped at the first open place we saw, Corams. Breakfast and diner type foods. Hubby & I are huge breakfast fans so I went with the«Lumberjack Omelet”– 2 Eggs, hashbrowns, jalapenos, bell pepper, ham, tomato, & cheese. Awesomeness. Hubby got the name-sake«Steak & Eggs» and loved every second. Since that first meal at Corams weve been back twice and I’ve craved a Lumberjack omelet pretty much every single day. Go here for breakfast. Or breakfast for dinner. Or breakfast for lunch. Whatever, just go. :) PS: They only take cash. They have an ATM but it’ll charge you like $ 3. So come prepared. Also they are open 24 hours. :)

I’m impressed that Kris remembers me and what I always order, I’m only here once a year :) Sorry folks, I wrote a review for this last year but it appears I had the wrong address. This is one of my favorite places in the area for breakfast.
