The food was good the service was okay they just take to long to come take your order and checking on you

The service depends on who is your waitress, if you get Kimberly or Alejandra you will have great service but if you get China, make sure you let the Manager know you do not want to be serve by her, the food is just like any other Denny’s, the part I don’t like is that sometimes if you come late night or when is not as busy employees are pretty loud in the kitchen and sometimes they also play loud music, I have had better experience in other Denny’s as an example the one in San Fernando is much better, the restaurant Manager is David, make sure you ask for him and let him know if you had a bad experience.

Alejandra was an amazing waitress. make sure you come in and have her serve you. she made my accommodations so easy. thank u!

When it comes to chain restaurants I have realistic expectations about the food. Obviously one doesn’t go to Denny’s expecting a gourmet meal. All I ask for is hot edible food and decent service. I got neither at this Denny’s location. Firstly, the place seemed to have only one waiter working the floor. Our waiter took our food order and then disappeared. It a long time to get our food. Once served my food was cold, most likely because it was sitting on their counter for awhile. My salmon was dry and not seasoned. I got a few measly pieces of limp steamed broccoli and zucchini that looked like it was microwaved instead of sautéed.

I had a terrible experience here at this Denny’s.I brought my girlfriend here an we noticed a girl at the front desk speaking with a worker. Another guy seemed to have alopecia on the side of his head. He then shook the girls hand but in a non professional way. His eyes gazed directly at her back side as she left. Instantly he came to our table then was laughing and said to us «sorry I was distracted» I didn’t want to remain their to continue my evening with my girlfriend. I would just like to see managers taking more pride in they’re establishment. I didn’t approach the manager cause I noticed other employees were talking about what had happened as well ill never dine here again.

Don’t ever eat at Denny’s. Worst service ever. Me and my friends wanted to go eat after we came from a party. The m Manager sat us down saying someone will be with you shortly aka 20 minutes later it was not even pack! The waiters were complaining saying how they don’t wanna be here & that they wanna go home instead of helping us out. Then the manager finally came and offered us something to drink. It took them 15 minutes more to at least ask us what we wanted to eat. Like OMG. Like why it’s not even pack The waitress that was helping us (not helping us). Was giving us attitude. If you guys still decided to eat at this Denny’s please don’t get Erica. Rude. I work at a food places to, I stay him a happy mood

Well this is my first time at this Denny’s and it is better than the other local ones. Our food came out quick, warm and good. Service though can use some improvement. We had to get our own condiments from the other tables.

I would rather give this place 0 stars. Found a live cricket in our pancakes and told the waitress. The manager came and said that «it was only a cricket» and didn’t even attempt to comp us anything. Sorry but it’s not our fault that a cricket landed in our food. He was pretty rude and made excuses for his incompetence. Won’t be going back. Good luck to you.

It was sad I order moon over my hammy and when I got it it was cold it was so sad and also my partner got cold toast the walls were dirty staff took forever even with very little people yelling across the dining room but in all honesty I truly believe is the management’s fault in this one.

They are very nice here. Made me a fresh pot of coffee for little ol’me. I ordered the Cali sandwich. It’s good. I am pleasantly surprised. I guess cause I arrived on a Monday, but this place wasn’t busy. Better service for me.

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to put a chicken salad sandwich together. If people don’t want to work in hospitality and serve others, please go find another job. When I order my food, I want it exactly how I ordered it not half ass thrown in a box.

Last night was some of the worst service I’ve ever had at this place, I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you have no choice. Staff is very slow and incompetent, they mess up orders, and can’t do since math. My total was $ 4.52 for my order, I go to the front and pay, I gave the MANAGER a $ 20, then I told him I had the 52 cents. He told me he already had the change I’m his hand and didn’t want to get confused and took him three times to get my change right

Tell me why I ordered strawberrys and they were all old… then the waiter brought me more old ones… lol they took way too long to bring my food out I ordered a chicken noodle soup. it was all cold and nasty … I love Dennys just not this location..

I live very close to this location so I have come here a numerous amount of times. Yes the food is not the best food you will ever have in your life, but they do have some very good points about them. The staff is friendly and fast and the best part is they are open 24 hrs a day. The place could be a bit cleaner but they are quick to sit you and get you coffee. The food quality depends on the time you go to be honest. They are not always consistent. I have come here at times and the omelet a and skillets are to die for, meanwhile other times I feel their pancakes and biscuits have come from a box and have been sitting outside for a while. I wish they did have more consistency on their foot but on the mean time I will continue to come here late at nights when I need some good sobering up food or late grub.

I work near by Tuesday and Wednesdays so needless to say, I come to this Dennys often. The place is a bit run down but the food and service is decent non the less. I’ve never had to wait to be seated or to get my food. The manager is always friendly to all his customers each time I’ve come in. There is really not much to say, I go to dennys so much that it just feels like home really. Haha! I love that they have some healthy options especially since my diet became restricted recently. The waiters/​waitresses ar this location are always more then willing to give me suggestions based in my diet/​health needs.

Its panorama city so didn’t expect much but they get a low rating simply because they charge for ranch. Cmon son!

–Negative stars please! I’m not one to complain but after this recent visit I know longer believe in Denny’s! The waitress was super cool but the food was Horrendous! The grits were cold the toast was old the salmon was well done burnt almond only had one layer of egg on the top and that’s only the beginning! Do yourself a favor enjoy breakfast at home at least you’ll cook with care!

My family and I came here about 2 weeks ago and even though I was expecting poor service because of the area it’s located in I was surprise it wasn’t.
Before I go on you must know that we were a party of 10.
So as soon as we got there we got greeted and they gave us an estimate time wait, which I liked because some places I’ve been too are clueless. The attendants were very friendly and attentive.
After being seated and the waitress taking our order she kept checking on us about every five minutes and I’m not exaggerating. Most places I’ve been to just for get about you after they serve you your order.
To be honest I don’t have any negative feed back. I’m happy we came here for breakfast. My family and I don’t usually go to places like this together.
