Honestly it was real good service was good the waitress was nice and French toast was tasty!

Came in to have breakfast with my family… sat down at a table the seats were full of crumbs and the table had syrup on it. We moved to the next table and it was worse! We ordered coffee and hot chocolate after 10 minutes we still weren’t served however a person that came in after us was given coffee and served twice!

The only reason for three stars instead of two were my pancakes. They were yummy and it’s the first time in the history of me eating IHOP that I finished all my pancakes. Came here for «lunch» with a friend after helping her move out in her apartment close by. The place was pretty empty when we arrived so we expected to get our food pretty quickly. Wrong thought. We both got the two/​two/​two/​two. Somehow that didn’t translate well. The only things different were our pancake flavors and that we both wanted well done hash browns. While we sat and waited, and waited and waited, more parties arrived and were seated near us. Well, those parties got their food before us. Baffled? Yup. We were.
We both asked for water. Both with no ice and I only wanted to add lemon to mine. The lemon came inside the water not on the side and my friends came with ice. Wrong. The waitress got a little pissy when she asked for no ice and a new one. The other waitress came by and told us there’d be a wait for coffee (which I don’t drink but my friend does). So we waited for that. We then waited for our food a little longer only to have the same waitress come back and ask us if we ordered the same things. What? Huh? Yeah we did. Except one of us got pumpkin pancakes instead. Wth? When we saw all the other tables with larger parties mind you, get there food, I inquired. We were scoffed at. «You want your hash browns well done right? Well you gotta wait!» Yes. It was scoffed at us. I only remained calm and didn’t bite the waitresses” head off because I didn’t want to her to possibly spit in my food. So, I didn’t even react. Well we finally got our food. Guess what? The hash browns were hardly well done. Our eggs with spinach were super dry and you could tell they were made first. They were a little cold. My turkey bacon was cold and was sitting in grease. Obviously they were never drained after being cooked. My pancakes however were hot and yummy. Atmosphere was clean. Bathrooms clean. Food subpar, except the pancakes. Service mediocre. This IHOP will never be blessed by my presence again. Please and thank you.

Horrible service. It took the waitress 20minutes to get my order. She was talking to the workers while I was ordering. And it took her a while to notice I needed a refill on my soda. When she went to get me a refill she forgot about my drink. It wasn’t even busy, do not come here.

I always forget to check in but Amalia V was awesome! She really hooked it up for me this morning before I went to work. Big portion, fast and she was extremely kind to suggest other plates to get exactly what I wanted. Thank you girl!

Tight place but good food and service

Ugh. I can’t move and I can’t believe I tried to eat that. The cinnamon swirl brioche French toast is so sweet, I could barely taste the cinnamon! And dear god, don’t add syrup!
Our table was pretty dirty when we were sat. Weird because there were plenty of other tables (maybe cleaner?) the host could’ve sat us at.
Service was slower to start, but the food came pretty quickly… Though now I wish it hadn’t come at all. Literally forced myself to eat three bites. that’s all I could handle.
It’s a normal ihop otherwise.

For the shady part of town this is in they sure do know how to operate a restaurant. We came here on the Fourth of July, and they were packed which was expected. They had my girlfriend, my buddy and myself seated ASAP, and got us drinks in no time flat. As soon as we were ready to order the waitress was ready, and the food came out in a very timely manner. All the food was hot and tasted fresh, and there was only one pancake that tasted a little doughy in the middle. Absolutely phenomenal. The waitress ensured that we were ok. This place is pretty good for an ihop

Ihop is that one restaurant that you know has good pancakes and great coffee. I usually get the blueberry pancakes and the roast beef. My only problem about Ihop is that they close at 9pm. There main competitor Dennys never closes. I would love to eat at Ihop at 11pm at night. I have tried several things at ihop such as the burgers and the fried chicken.
The service at this IHOP is execellent, the waitress is always curteous. There ia usually one waitress which handles the entire seating in the evening.

We came here to eat because I was craving for sandwiches, I didn’t really have an appetite because I was sick but the service was on point.
The soup wasn’t hot but I did finish it.

Everything about the IHOP location in panorama is spectacular, we got greed by the host stand and me and my wife asked her if she can accommodate us to another table and she did, the server marisol was fabulous, great customer service! Decent food and clean restaurant!!! Come and enjoy your breakfast at this location folks highly recommended

I came here because I live close to this location. I notice the other reviews are not very positive but so far my experiences here have been pretty good. The staff is not super friendly but they do get you seated as quick as possible and offer coffee and water pretty fast.
Now onto the food. The food has been pretty good when I have come here so I have no complaints. Last time I got strawberry pancakes and the strawberries tasted super fresh. I don’t have any problems with this location and most likely will be back.

Worst manager ever, I got sick. And spoke to the manager and they didn’t care! This is the worst ihop ever!

Today 01/​25/​2014 At 6:45pm we came in and at about 6:50pm we walked. I have been here before about 10 times but surely this would be my last one and here is why. The health for my family it’s important and what I saw today besides being dirty and nasty is unhealthy. I walk in the restroom to wash my hands and there is an employee a guy using the urinal so once he finishes walked right by me didn’t even try to stop to wash his hands he just walked so I rush to out to see where he went. I saw the kitchen door moving so I though he must works on the kitchen but as I was standing there kinda of disgusted he walks out and passes right next to me and goes back to his duties guess what his duty was yes to put the rolled napkins with utensils we customers use to eat and arrange the sauces syrups and stuff that is usually on the table. I ask to talk to the manager on duty a nice lady and I very nicely told her that I was leaving the place and I exactly told her what I had witness. She assured me that she was gonna talk to the employee and that every employee takes classes and are trained to wash their hands but the damaged was already done. I don’t put their names here because honestly I did even got their names we just left in a rush. If anybody else sees anything nasty about this place review and comment and to the management feel free to contact me I will gladly tell you the same story. I have nothing bad to say about the lady in the white shirt that she said she was the manager only that she seems not to really care because she went back to what she was doing and let the employee continue touching everything with his dirty hands I was expecting for her to at least stop him and send him to wash his hands. I feel sorry for the people that went in after to us. NASTY

This place has good service, good food, I went to eat here this morning, I wait like 10 minutes to get a table. I’ll come back again.

I have been coming to this restaurant since I was a kid. Very good service, super friendly. Food is good and has always been. Our waitress Kimberly was very persistent and Friendly. Food came within minutes

This IHOP is pitiful not only was I waiting a long time for my food, while waiting we witnessed a roach crawl by on the booth, which made me question the sanitation of this establishment… Our waiter Bonnie was meh. not very personable and she didn’t look like she was enjoying her job. I would have gone to Denny’s but Ihop’s pancakes seemed more tempting at the momment. Upon leaving their host was not very bright, she could not do basic arithmetic and tried charging me 26 dollars for 2 meals that should have been 17 dollars total. I should have left when I saw the roach crawling on the booth, however I was really hungry. Will not be coming back here again.

Warning Sundays are PACKED! You know I don’t mind waiting if they make your time worthwhile. This wasn’t the case. The waitress was a mess. She was so distracted we had to repeat ourselves like 4 times each time. ANNOYING! I felt like slapping her. Oh well what do you expect at ihop. Also, she gave us the wrong tab! and it wasn’t to our favor either, it was $ 40 more than our tab, wtf? She was a mess! I’ve been here before, but never had this type of service. Food was alright, can’t get too fancy. I’ll order take out next time, way faster!

What can I say about this place, it’s family friendly, fast and always on point! Service is awesome and good is delicious. Want a fast, satisfying breakfast lunch or dinner stop in and enjoy the place.

Came here while my car was being repaired at pepboys. Friendly staff and food was good! Really good decaf! Very attentive servers, who doesn’t love that :)?? Will come again if in the area.
