My dad inadvertently received this wrong number (818) 945‑2229 from his doctor’s office. He had to set up an appointment, per his doctor’s instructions. My dad’s English is poor so I called on his behalf to try to set up an appointment for them to analyze his stool. The receptionist had a thick accent, which wasn’t an issue. The issue was her rudeness and disrespectful demeanor. She aggressively said that they don’t do that type of services. By the time I figured out that it was a misunderstanding she yelled at me saying: «ARE YOU STUPID, WHAT PART DON’T YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE DON’T DO THIS TYPE SERVICE?!» I tried to calm her down, but finally became irritated with her. I asked for her name but she refused to give it to me. I asked her three times and all three times she negated until she hung up. Icalled on Monday March 21, 2016 between 2:40pm and 2:50pm.
I don’t understand how a person with such a rude demeanor can represent a company. I would be embarrassed to have such employees representing my company. If she was that offensive with me, god knows how awful she is with current customers that require their services.
