Seriously don’t expect much when going to a McDonald’s but WOW! Talk about lack of customer service, went through drive thru knowing that usually goes faster, not that I was in a rush but still didn’t expect to be stuck in a line for 30min when there is only one car in front of me, the worker at the window didn’t even acknowledge the fact they took so long, by the time we got there I didn’t even want my food anymore but I thought what the hell I already waited so long, finally got my ice cream cone made by a worker who just handled money, all in all your better off going to the In N Out across the street may be longer lines but guaranteed better service

One of the worst McDonalds anywhere. Only limited items, and they charge for items which don’t end up in the bag with your order. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t pay attention to most of the reviews on this about how filthy and smelly it is; when it really isn’t. I came in and saw a guy cleaning the tables and the place did not look bad. My review is about a cashier that didn’t have one smile on her face at all. Maybe personal issues, but it really does affect how customers feel. I hope she’s alright tho! Haha

Ok so I need to vent, worst experience EVER in a drive thru. I’ll keep it short and quick. They simply took forever, not even exaggerating about 15min. Keep in mind this is before 7am, when everyone is in a hurry and heading to work. It was ridiculous. I sat in the window of the drive thru for nearly 5min before anyone ever came to even charge me. So you’ve been warn go to this drive thru if you want to sit there all day. I was so upset that I didn’t even want to eat my food. Disgusting place that calls it’s self a business. Who ever is in charge of that place needs to do some firing, retraining or hire more people. Ugh so mad!

Found hair in my hash brown. As well as one of my egg mc muffin. The most disgusting thing is that I didn’t recognize till I was almost finished with my meal. It was too late to get a refund. Never going back!

I dunno… I just wanted a quarter pounder with cheese, but for some reason they «didn’t have the meat.» It’s the weirdest thing, like when I’ve gone to the El Pollo Loco on Riverside and they’re out of chicken. That and they overcharged me a dime on the Big Mac.

If I could I would give negative stars !!! Came in today trying to get my free burger for signing up through the Mc Donald’s app. As I’m ordering they say I must purchase a combo meal in order to get a free burger. However, nowhere in the advertised papers provided by the trainee manager Nancy does it state where I have to purchase a combo meal (False Advertisement). I questioned the manager again, but she wouldn’t budge. Felt embarrassed b/​c I promised my pregnant sister she wouldn’t have to pay. Anyway, had to pay for a full price combo to get a simple free burger. In the end it’s not about the free burger it was about the principle. Never coming here again! Nancy the trainee manger was of NO HELP at all! Worse customer service I’ve ever had.

Worst drive thru experience ever! I understand that this is a FAST FOOD chain but still shouldn’t be an excuse to give me my order all messy. The food in the bag was prepared as if they can careless about their customer. Talk about great customer service. (Sarcastically speaking). Orders are backed up and there weren’t many people in line. The manager or supervisor should really look into rehiring or train their employees again!

This drive thru takes way too long! I waited 15 minutes and nobody helped me.

Bad customer service. Filthy dinning area and restroom. Filthy play place. Most of the high school students just hang out without buying anything. All in all it’s bad.

I’m not expecting a world class restaurant when I come to mcdonalds. But I do expect for them to get my daughter’s happy meal right. They gave me a 4 piece when I ordered a 6 peice. They were gracious about the situation, and handed me a 6 piece. But, I got a mix of «normal» colored chicken nuggets (lightly golden brown) and a mix of dark, dry, old nuggets. Which my daughter tore up and refused to eat. It’s relatively clean… not up to par with other mcdonalds I’ve been to. I usually don’t expect much when coming here. But this one stood out for its mediocre finesse. Oh well. 2 stars from me.

I don’t usually give fast food four stars. This McDonalds gets extra credit for maintaining a clean, friendly and safe refuge at a challenging location. It has a big parking lot, an expansive indoor play area for families, free WiFi that I’m using now, and nice people on staff.
I’m sitting here looking at the super clean parking lot and inside store, appreciating the tall green hedge covering up the adjacent concrete block building wall, and thinking I could easily be in an upscale community near Ventura Boulevard. In fact I’m on the corner of Van Nuys Boulevard and Blythe Street, the site of Los Angeles City’s first gang injunction.
What makes this store so nice is the hard working local family management. It is a stark contrast with the fast food location I reviewed yesterday, only a few blocks away, which is suffering from a very different management style.
When I walked into this McDonalds this morning, I looked around at the packed order line and dining area and immediately noticed that everyone looked happy! That’s probably the best recommendation for a restaurant. And two Sausage McMuffins with egg and McDonalds’ great coffee are among the best fast food breakfasts going.

Got my husband a meal: a double fish sandwich with a large coke. Got home and they were super stingy on ketchup. –_–

As far as coffee fraps and service pretty much is a personal experience, I had a pretty good one here :)

WOW If there was a place where you dont get what you over paid for, this McDonalds is it. My friend paid for a #3 (double quarter punder) meal no onions which she orders every time. When she got home she looked in the bag and found a cheeseburger and half a container of fries… so angry.
I drove back to complain about the order and get it fixed (my friend is shy to complain) when I was approached by the manager. He said that I got exactly what I paid for and showed me the menu. Turns out that with absolutly no notice they are sneaky and changed the menu. as if im going to search the menu numbers every time even though i order the same thing.
Anyways he told me that if I wanted to change the order he would have to charge me the difference. I said no thanks and he filled my fries. As he was filling my fries just feet from me, he was complaining to another worker (in english) about it and suddenly switched to speaking spanish as if I dont know a few choice words he was being rude.
My friend then went in to complain. He then told her that I left without getting the right order free of charge. YAH RIGHT. That A-​hole said i would have to pay. Anyways we got home and the burger was soaked in ketchup literally dripping… and of corse there were onions… they didnt even let us keep the extra burger thy just threw it away.
If he was hired as a manager I wouldnt want to know how the people above him are. He is a reflection of who they are and appearently they have no class or customer service. I would suggest going to the In-​N-​Out across the street they always give amazing customer service and even when i order complicated secret menu items they get it right every time.

We ordered our food and the staff that helping us is not very helpful. her name is SEE-​SEE (CECILIA) she called us and told me my order is ready. She check the receipt before she gave it to me. But when i checked my order there’s 3 missing. When i told her that there is missing, she didn’t apologize instead giving attitude thhat the other staff told her that is done but for the fact that she is the one that helping us. Even the manager that aware about the situation didn’t bother to talk to me
. She just gave me a look. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! AGOID THIS PLACE!!! THE STAFF, THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT IS A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THESE KIND OF CS JUST RUINING THE REPUTATION OF MCDONALDS!!!

Great food!!! The chicken mcnuggets and the sausage egg mcmuffins are my favorite foods to eat!!!

I usually don’t expect much from a McDonald’s joint but I just had to share my feelings with this particular one. I pretty much only go there once in a while for breakfast on my way to work (drive thru only) so I don’t really know how the day/​night crew is there.
Anyways, if they are not burning your food, they are either taking forever to get out orders or getting your order wrong altogether. On top of that, you get the occasional employee that either does not know how to speak English or performs terrible customer service. Its like this particular McDonald’s will only hire high school drop outs. People who are job-​less with high school diplomas are more deserving of these jobs. If it wasn’t on my way to work, I would totally avoid it altogether. I have even had a 60 y/​o woman get out of her car in the drive thru to ask me for change so she can buy food for her non-​existent kids. Once I gave her change that I had, she immediately walked away without even giving me one ounce of appreciation. She then proceeded to hold up the line at the window for 10 minutes. I wanted to die.

Your standard, run of the mill McDonalds.
Big fast food joints usually gets the typical 2 star review but I thought this particular establishment should garner an additional star from the expanded parking place, the free wi-​fi, the large play pit (for your children/​nephews/​inner child) and a relatively clean restaurant.
Hit this place up if you are on the run for cheap eats, or have that particular craving for fries and the such.
