Use cash. They double charge you if you use a credit card. It’s also difficult to get a hold of any manager to resolve any issues. This location is blatantly committing fraud!

Probably the worse location in the San Fernando Valley, terrible customer service, if you have any complains they make it hard to speak to a general manage or DM, when you finalize you realize there is a number to call on your receipt is the DM number, but he will never call you back and is just a wait of time, not only is the worse location in our community is also an embarrassment to the corporate. I hope some day someone from corporate reads this.

YOUGET A BIGFAT0ZEROOOOOOOOO… went to the drive through last night around 8:30pm and ordered ONE large coke… NO cars in front of us and no one in the store. we pulled up someone walked in and the cashier girl decided to take her sweet ass time and help the customer who came in AFTER we pulled up to the window, we waited 5 – 7 mnts and drove off without the drink. she was super LAZY and SLOW… will never stop by no matter how thirsty/hungry I am. you guys suck.

Not the best location at all especially when it comes to the drive through. The window is on your left so expect to get down if you’re taking a meal to go. Not only that but the exit is cruel. Good luck making a left on that street. The staff is polite but not friendly. Just go in and get out soon. Now onto the food. The food is decent just like the other locations. I don’t have any complaints about it. You know when you come here that you want a greasy burger don’t try to hide it. And that’s what you get. A tip of mine would be if you’re going for a breakfast sandwich re toast it when you get home. It will taste way fresher. So there you go. Not a great location, forgettable service, but decent food.

If I could give a negative star I would. I hate when a place charges you to use your card.

Carl’s jr is what you expect but don’t go through the drive through alone. You order through the left but pick up on the right. … also if you try to make a left out the drove through, good luck

This deserves no stars. I take about 1 – 2 year breaks from eating burgers because i work at a burger joint. I recently went in for the new grilled cheese breakfast burger. It was okay. But this isn’t about the food but about how bad this location still is. First visited this location in 2010 and since then the staff remains the same. Cashier sucks, doesn’t look me in the eye during the visit, the manager or shift leader there didn’t look like she wanted to be there and it still smells like burnt food in the lobby. The bums are still an issue and it’s still gloomy when you dine in. I’m officially done going to this location. Perhaps getting rid of the retarded women working there would help this location some day.

Wow. This food was just awful and expensive. The the mile high bacon burger look a like a dollar burger, you could not even see the meat between the buns. Iceberg lettuce was not green at all. The bacon was undercooked and had white onion instead of red onions. This combo(small) $ 7.99 + tax. I also order the charbroiled chicken club sandwich. Dry and tasteless. Also ordered kids meal. $ 20 total. Could have gone to in n out, eat better for half the price

I put this review in the comment section on the website as well: I was completely inconvenienced and dissatisfied with my visit. First, we pulled through the drive thru because we were in a hurry and after all this is FASTFOOD. We pulled to the window after having to repeat our order 3 times and after paying the worker asked us to reverse and pull back up to reset the timer! It is NOT my job to make sure your timer is abided by. How rude and UNSAFE was that request. We were then asked to pull into the parking lot because our food was not ready(NOTFASTFOOD). I ordered a $ 6 burger combo but requested that it be made on a regular bun. It WASNT and was made on the new buns that I DONOTLIKE which is why I made that request. We had a total of 3 fry orders and were given ONE tiny cup of ketchup. When I went INSIDE after being inconvenienced already, the worker told me there was no manager on site and I couldn’t speak to the supervisor because she was on break. UNACCEPTABLE. I demanded the supervisor who proceeded to tell me she could either refund me or replace the food. No apology, no offer to go above and beyond. I have never received such poor service and disregard for customer satisfaction.

Management issues continue to impact the customer experience at this store. During the breakfast hours(8 – 9 am on a Tuesday) ONLYTWO employees were visible, one counter-drive through worker and one food preparer. This is at a location one block from the busiest intersection in the San Fernando Valley. This staff was inadequate to serve both the drive-through and the order counter(5 minute wait to order inside) — I was first in line; that’s the wait for attention from the staff. Then the deep frier alarms began a continuing cacophony. It appeared the food preparer was disappearing into the kitchen to make egg omelette flats for breakfast sandwiches because there was no cook. After long waits most of the alarms were stopped because the order clerk sauntered over to remove the frier basket(s). The continuing noise caused a large group of older Filipinos to leave early, and made the dining room experience unpleasant. If there had been kids, the noise stimulation would have been especially bad for them. As long as the owner /manager continues to cut corners at this store, customers will tend to migrate elsewhere. If he or she is trying to meet financial targets with things like understaffing and(recently) removing all the napkins from dispensers at night, the person has discovered the secret of a race to the bottom. The homeless who congregate in the dining room are not the problem. They are usually well behaved. The reality is that they are attracted to this store because they can tell that management has a don’t-care attitude.

3 napkin dispensers near me are empty. I tell the manager this and he says he will have them filled. So 10 minutes pass by and still no napkins are put in the dispenser at the table I’m sitting at. Meanwhile my fingers are covered with teriyaki sauce and I’m fuming.

One of those«wow» experiences! First off let me just say if you cannot communicate effectively with your customer you should not be hired! I went though drive through, only to find that they’re window is on the passenger side… good thing I wasn’t driving alone huh? Anyway, well I ordered a buiscuit sandwhich only to learn that they don’t have any buiscuits ready so the lady tells me that says they will be ready in 6 minutes… Ohkay fine! So I let the girl know I will wait, she gives me this dumbfounded look as if she is not comprehending and asks«You’ll wait?» I’m like yes! So she says«can you go back», signaling me to reverse, I’m thinking like really?! How could I reverse when there’s people waiting in line behind me? Ughh It was just one of those things where they should let you know as your ordering instead of once you’ve already paid.

Worst Carl’s Jr. EVER. I’ve been through the drive-thru twice, and it’s on the PASSENGERSIDE. :( The inside of the restaurant really feels as though it’s a crime scene in waiting. Horrible.

My brother and I ate here over a day ago, and now we’re both sick. We shouldn’t have eaten here in the first place since the place wasn’t incredibly clean and the woman preparing our burgers didn’t even wear gloves and was«cross-contaminating» different burgers, so-to-speak. That’s what we get for pulling into there while really hungry. TLDR: EATHEREANDYOU’LLENDUPSICK!

Had an interesting experience here. Both a friend and I order very specific meals. Him, the steakhouse burger. Me, the double western. No problem? Well, should have checked the receipt because they entered an entirely different order. Him, the Big Carl burger. Me, the guacamole bacon burger. I just don’t understand. We brought this to the attention of the lady who brought us our food but she just confirmed what was on the receipt like«you got what was on the receipt». She failed to understand that it was not what we ordered in the first place. It’s fast food, so whatever but there was a really big communication barrier…
