I have complain several times to corporate office about the cleanest of the air conditioner of this location and they said they would contact the store mgr and district manager, after 2 months I am still waiting for a call, there is a 10 inch layer of dust on their air conditioner at the store and is unhealthy, all that dust goes into the food and they have an attitude when you say something about, no bueno !!!

Ugh I love eating at el pollo loco but really how many times can you mess up an order? They Never give me napkins or silverware for starters, I mean NEVER, its the only one that does this to me, also they like to give me the wrong item or forget an item. Today for example I ordered a poblano avacoado burrito and recieved a burrito that i had never had before with no avacado inside! Also i asked for avacado salsa and i receieved only one and the other was a red sauce, I only wanted two avacado salsas.

Absolutely terrible. This is about the third time I’ve been to this restaurant since they’ve changed manager, and everything seems to be getting worse here. This place is always messy, the salsa counter is a disgusting mess, and they never get my order right. They forgot to give us our cilantro dressings with our tostadas, they did not add shrimp in the chicken and shrimp tostada we ordered, the avocado they used was not even ripe! Ugh, who eats hard avocado? And why did they serve such an avocado? Really disappointed, I will be avoiding this place.

If I can put 0 stars for the service I got, I would. People were skimpy on the dressing for my salad, orders were wrong. From a 2 piece combo to a 1 burnt ass piece of chicken. Ordered churros and paid for them, and when picking up order was advised there were no churros. Horrible service. This pollo loco stinks.

It’s funny how when you want extra of something where ever you go, it will COST you… So if I ordered the ultimate double chicken tostada and a regular chicken tostada salad you should be able to tell the difference right??? I payed extra for double chicken yet the girl couldn’t even tell me which one was my boyfriend and which one was mine. SMH! Trust me just stick with the regular chicken tostada bowl.

I love El Pollo Loco but this location doesn’t seem to have it together. I ordered 4 chicken breasts in the drive thru line and was told they only had 2. On another occasion I asked the drive thru cashier for a cup of water and she looked really annoyed that I would ask for water. Definitely a location that needs more training.

TOOBUSY! UNDERSTAFFED! LACKOFDININGROOMATTENTION! My family waited 15 minutes for our food… the condiment counter was a mess, no condiment containers, no medium lids, trash cans overflowing, tables uncleaned. STAYAWAY if you can! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE parking lot. If you accidentally turn into the first drive way going West on Roscoe, you are locked into the drive-thru with NOWAYOFESCAPE! What a lousy design! Lousy location, but very high poor traffic.

This place is absolutely horrible I came here out of convenience, customer service was non existent the food was horrible I tried two of the new paella bowls what a disappointment, and the young lady at the drive thru window was more concerned with the moon instead of saying hello and thank you it was like I was never there, I was so upset I called the 800 number and complained but I received no return call what a joke it’s obvious they don’t care, I will never spend a dime here and my friends and family will not either.

I wanted to order the Chicken Avocado Salad and the guy that took our order said they don’t do that anymore, but yet, it’s still on the menu. I also saw on the menu that they had a Mango Avocado Chicken Salad. I mean, come on, it’s almost the exact same thing, why couldn’t the guy suggested something similar to what I wanted.

Horrible attitude from Enrique. I have never had someone be so rude and unprofessional as this guy. He should not be working in customer service at all. He gave me the worst attitude when I told him he got my order wrong. Hey Enrique do yourself and society a favor and quit your job! You’re obviously miserable and self loathing. Enrique find your true passion in life because working at El pollo loco isn’t for you. I’m used to coming to this location very often and they get my order wrong sometimes but they never give me attitude. This guy Enrique was unbelievably rude.

Came to this location because it’s really close to my house. Upon entering the location is not the best. We came like at 1pm which is prime time for lunch here j guess because it was packed! They are definitely in need of more help, there were not enough staff. On another note I liked the fact they have a paging system. It makes it more effective to quickly get your order. The cashiers were polite but I had to wait a while for my fork which they forgot. Also the salsa bar was not well stocked. I wish they would have had fresher salsa. The food was decent. Maybe I was really hungry but the food was good. No complains there. Overall not my favorite place but I would come back if I want good chicken.

This pollo loco always fails when it comes to delivering fresh appetizing food. Today I went with my family to order a 12pc leg and thigh with rice. The chicken was raw with a lot of blood still present in the chicken and the rice was undercooked. We went back to ask for our refund and the manager rudely gave it to us. At no moment did he apologize, he made it seem like it was such a huge bother to deal with us. Thank you but no thanks I’ll drive further to another location since this once does not comprehend the meaning of good customer service. I feel so bad for the employees dealing with that manager.

Mistakes happen all the time and it’s understandable. However, this place has a tendency to meet up orders time after time. Specificity through the drive thru. I always have to double check that they get my order right, and they often dont. I have given them the benefit of the doubt, and because it’s on my way home i have stopped to buy food, I’m the past. But they never feil to mess up my order. And when you bring it to their attention they are extremely rude and unprofessional. I have brought these situations to the managers attention and they try to offer me complimentary fruit. Not once have I accepted it because I’m not that type of person. But still they manage to mess up on my order and my families order as well. With that said I have stopped going to this restaurant.

First let me say that I understand that mistakes happen. I understand being short staffed and I understand technology mishaps. However, when any of the aforementioned things occur I would hope that the appropriate measures would be taken to compensate customers. I waited nearly 25 minutes in the drive thru line because they were so short staffed and disorganized. My order was then promptly handed to me incorrectly so I sent it back, however, ultimately they still gave me the wrong food. And when I spoke to the manager he made no mention of the horrible customer service that not just I had experienced but that the other 10 people in line had endured as well.

I used to drive out of the way to go to this restaurant. The staff was efficient, organized and friendly. My what a difference a few months can make. The restaurant seemed understaffed with customers having to wait a long time for employees to finish their chat and do their job. I thought that management had gone to the dogs(Sorry canines, no disrespect). When I got home I found that I had paid the same amount of money I used to spend 3 – 4 months ago for literally half the quantity of food! I am so disappointed. GROSS the salsas are watered down! It is not local management, the whole company is rushing to the gutter. How sad. I will take my business somewhere else.

This location is hard to get in and out of because Roscoe Blvd is so busy. The service is very quick tho and every time i have been here there is barley anyone there. It’s great that they have several healthy options here, the location closer to where I live doesn’t surprisingly. I went here yesterday and got a shrimp and chicken bowl. The bowl literally was 1⁄3 empty. Kinda ridiculous. Taste was good non the less. I will be back if i am in the need of something quick and on the healthier side.

Rude guy at drive thru but the worst thing was: the Mac & cheese was so salty it was inedible! The mashed potatoes were very salty and cold! The churros were sooooo hard they could probably crack the floor if I dropped them! If I didn’t live so far I would have gone back to complain because its not fair that they do this without caring if these few bucks were the last of someone’s money for the week! Or if I had children to feed and now couldn’t! It’s not fair that they don’t care and they need to improve a lot! VERYDISAPPOINTED and ANGRY!
