Does any body knows where they moved? I used to come to this place and they were one of the best in the town.

Honestly I was very disappointed. I found this place on a grub hub app and the pricing was wrong as well as the owners. I asked for delivery and the lady said yeah she will deliver I waited about an hour she calls me back and says I have to go pick it up, I asked for delivery because I don’t drive. Also delivery as it says on the app was $ 3.00 she charges me $ 5.00. When she tells me to go pick it up she also said she would give me a big discount so I ask how much will the bug discount be; and so she said IL take off $ 5.00 I thought about it so I said ok since I have a coupon to get free wings. I told her about the coupon and asked if it was OK she said yes. So my order was an XL Pepperoni Pizza $ 11.95, Large Fries $ 4.00, Club Sandwich $ 6.50 and 2 cheese cakes $ 2.75 each. Plus the free wings. Well all this would have been about $ 25.00-$ 26.00 Minus the $ 5.00 fee she promised if I picked it up. This lady I swear pissed me off because she didn’t give me the discount and it was a bitch for me to get a ride over there and to top it off she acted as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. I told her it’s false advertising if you have a price somewhere and it’s different somewhere else. Before I left I checked the bag she said I got the fries for free I said these aren’t the fries I ordered. She said those are $ 1 fries my ass they sucked they don’t listen the fries weren’t good at all they still charged me wrong and didn’t give me the wings I was talking to them for about 10 min I was so nice and polite I even told them where it said the prices. And they got mad at me so I told them if this isn’t true then make a change and take it off the Web. They overcharged me and I never got the discount. Never ever going here again.

The food was cooked to order so even though I opted for delivery they fried up certain things when I got there which I guess depending on the person’s situation can be a hassle. Personally I found it nice since it means my pasta would not be soggy by the time I got home. But this also means people in a rush would be forced to wait those extra minutes that they could be doing something else. Now for the food itself, it was terribly bland. The shrimp fetuccini was also lacking in any shrimp of decent size. They were all a cm in length, so expect baby shrimp. It also seems to be a family run store with ma in the front and pa in the back and I thought it was kind of cute. The décor is a bit tacky but the open kitchen is a nice transparency to what actually happens to your food. The price was decent so I may be back again to perhaps give them another try and hopefully I can raise my two-star rating. I have a terrible hankering for pasta at times and I don’t care for the quality of it so as long as I get my carbs so there’s that too lol.

I ordered a slice of cheese pizza and they didn’t have any. They had pepperoni so I took it. I opened it and it looked like it was old, frozen pizza. I took a bite and it was so dry and tasted like cardboard. Little Caesar’s pizza is better!!! And it was cold, didn’t bother to heat it up. Seriously!

very close to the worst food I’ve had all year. The pizza looked like it came out of the frozen section of a lower end supermarket– really? C’mon! At least put some effort into what you do. The cheese tasted microwaved and the crust was bready… like just bready– idk how else to put it, but pizza crust shouldn’t taste or feel like that. I would have given Little Caesars pizza 5 stars compared to this crap… and I hate Little Caesars. Cheese sticks– again, from the frozen section of a low end supermarket. It’s not hard to make fresh fried mozzarella. Should I continue? Because there were more items ordered. I’ll give them this… the chili flakes they provided for the pizza had a nice kick. Racking my brain for more complements… uh sorry there are none! Don’t order from here, seriously you’ll be disappointed. These other people who rave about this place probably eat dog food on a regular basis so they don’t know what good eats are. Just saying :)

I came here with my husband for a quick bite before a movie. We both ordered chicken kabob plates. The food was made to order and there was even a sign saying please be patient because we make all our food fresh. In about 10 minutes we has beautiful chicken kabobs, rice, roasted tomato, salad, and pita. Our total for two including drinks and tax was around 18 dollars. I passed through the kitchen on my way to the restroom and was pleased to see the kitchen was very clean and organized. The owners were friendly and proffesional. I recommend this place for Persian food. I did not try the Italian.

Looks like most of the concerns are in regards to delivery. I can’t speak on that since I went there earlier today. It’s the quintessential hole in the wall place. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and polite, I believe he might be the owner. The food took long, but he has a sign that says«sorry of your food takes time to make, if you prefer fast food, McDonalds or Burger King are around the corner» I love things like that. My girlfriend and I split the chef’s plate. Everything on it was great! My daughter loved the pizza. Not ever being incarcerated, I assume the owner was going for a spartan, jailhouse dining area. But it’s a great place.

I love this place. It’s a family run business that’s been open since the Plant first got there. People complain about the wait because it does take time to cook good food. Their spaghetti with meatballs are great and come in a healthy serving. I order for the whole office sometimes and the delivery guy comes in due time. The owner sometimes drops the food off and he is always in a good mood. Keep up the good work!

I love this place! Its the closest kebab place to me and I love the family who owns it, so kind and hard working! Weve sat in and ordered delivery and all the time we are satisfied w the quality of food and fast delivery, by the sweet owner himself… I definitely recommend checking this place

The customer service was awful. Went with a friend and his 2 g-d daughters. Before we went to see a movie. The youngest(6 yrs old) went to refill her drink and the girl behind the counter abruptly said she could not have a refill. I got up to get her water and got a pretty bad attitude thrown my way and she took the cup saying«I will do it». Like I was about to «steal» a drink. Really? I would say only go here if you have not eaten for days and need a cheap slice. Since you wouldn’t care about customer service if you were starving

I read the other reviews about not delivering after you order your food. Scarred me away at first. Let me give them some props for their delivery driver. I ordered through eat24hr’s web site. I selected my old work address by mistake. She went there and they told her I did not exist. She called me, I apologized and gave her the correct address and she was here in 5 minutes smiling with my order in hand. :) As for the food I have only had two items on the menu and the bread. The cheese ravioli was good, but the cream sauce made it great. Decadent thick with roasted garlic. Just perfect. The chicken parm was above average. The marinara was pretty robust and tasty. The penna on the side was cooked properly. The chicken a tad dry for my taste. smothered in plenty of cheese and sauce. I would go for anything with the cream sauce though. Maybe I will give their pink sauce a try next time.

I’m not quite sure how I feel about this place. I went here for lunch one day and got a whole anti-pasta with garlic bread on the side. The salad was huge(could feed multiple people) and the bread was freshly baked. On my second attempt here I got the same exact order and my bread was clearly black on the bottom. .. and the meats in my salad tasted old. I like consistency. I enjoy knowing my foods going to taste the same the next time I come around. Pasta n Pizza Roma has a lot of potential but I can honestly say I don’t know when I’ll be back. Tip It is a family owned business and their slogan goes something like this. . «be patient good food takes time.» So I don’t recommend going here on your lunch break, save yourself some trouble and order for pick up or delivery.

I’ve been coming here since 2005. Delicious food, affordable and excellent customer service. I had the Pizzas, Penne Pasta with Vodka sauce, Spaghetti with meat sauce, Liguinne with red clam sauce. They often accomodate me whenever I wanted to modify my dish with a substitute. They never hesitate or get annoyed when I do. Don’t be fooled. The food here is top notch and real Italian flavor and not some watered down version. One of the best Italian food I’ve been fortunate to encounter. They go above and beyond to make customers happy. Always serving with a happy smile with real genuiness. Don’t go anywhere else in the valley. An added plus is it is right next to the movie theater and a huge outdoor patio with an umbrella to shade you.

Only good things to say about this place. They are family run, and very friendly and cordial. I ordered pizza and kabob from them about 3 weeks ago. The pizza wasn’t greasy at all, good crust, and the chicken kabob was very tasty. My company ordered from them this last week and there was a huge spread of chicken marsala, pasta, vegetables, salad(with chicken on the side), and of course some kabob. We even had drinks and dessert included! The part I liked the most is that they call you back to confirm that the order is ready and that they have the right address to deliver to you, as well as if you need utencils, plates, etc. Summary: Good for small orders and large orders. Huge selection to choose from. Organized, timely, and customer-oriented. Don’t pass Pasta N Pizza Roma up!

I ordered the Vodka Penne Pasta from here last night & was fairly pleased. Nice lil cozy spot with a few tables although I chose to carry out. They also had some kabob options that looked tasty as well. I’ll definitely return.
