I purchased a Samsung 60″ LED Smart TV from Paul’s TV 04−10−13. I never had a problem till one of the panels went out inside the TV on 11−15−14. I bought the $ 399 extended warranty that covers things like this. I got the run around from Warren Tech which is the insurance company for 3 months. They were trying to avoid paying me out or replacing my TV.
I got bounced around so much by this insurance company who told me to call Samsung or the repair place. My TV was no longer available so they gave me store credit. I got 2 TV’S with the credit and paid the difference. They made me pay $ 60 for delivering the TV THANKS PAUL’S TV! I did not purchase insurance because I never want to deal with Warren Tech! These TV’S are over priced & the insurance company is Horrible to deal with! Please go to Best Buy, Target or Walmart for better deals. I’ll never purchase another TV here again!

I got my Samsung plasma TV here and couldn’t be happier. My sales rep Chris was great and recommend others to ask for him if looking to buy a TV.

The television buying experience is good and there is a good selection. Delivery is pretty fast too. BUT if you need a repair under warranty their customer service is horrible. It is difficult to reach a live person and they do not return their phone messages in a timely fashion if at all. Not specifically this location but at the corporate level. I have purchased two TVs and both were defective. They replaced the first one. I have had the new TV for less than five months and after more than a week of excuses and apologies am still waiting on the repair. King Paul is great until he has your $$$, then good luck getting help. Very sorry I purchased from them in the first place. If you have poor customer service, you’ve got nothing.

In Nov. 2013, I purchased a TV console table to accompany my newly purchased TV from a different retailer. Skipping all the issues, I ended up going back to Paul’s TV and purchased a 55″ TV. I utilized their custom install team to mount the TV on a table which required modification and to run wires through a wall to mount a small TV in another room. I had issues with my existing stereo equipment and the purchases I made. The staff, Chris, and the installers (Alexander, Mike, Nick and Gavin) that provided their service and expertise did an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves well. Everyone that I interacted with were incredibly helpful, kind, friendly and always had a resolve for me. Now that all is complete I am a happy and satisfied customer. Thank’s to Paul’s TV and their staff and their focus on quality and service. Thank you!

Simply the best!!! My sales person Roy was very helpful, helped me choose the perfect tv !!! Scheduled for delivery, I got a call for a time frame from 9am to 12 pm, as stated at around 9:20 am delivery team showed up !!! Absolutely the best service from beginning to end!!! If you want great service and quality tv go to this place !!!

Dimitri in Paul’s TV sales is a great guy to work with. He is very professional and knows his products. He will be the only reason that I’m giving 2 star instead of 1.
I do understand Dimitri, I also work in sales but when you say over the phone that you will price match, you really need to keep your promises. I know it is upto your manager however, but if that was the case you should have been more concrete. Driving down there again from DTLA and finding out that it is $ 379 instead of $ 299 was not a pleasant experience. I placed an order online for same product $ 294.99 + free shipping and no tax. Thanks again for your help and prompt follow ups.

I came in today to just check out the tv deals they had, after 5 min. andrew tolentino the new assistant manager greeted me with a smile. After showing me the deals they had i knew i needed to buy a tv. I got there deal on the ad mounted up on the wall, Andrew had great customer service he answered all my questions and gave me a good deal on direct tv. They need to hire more guys like andrew.

If your looking for no pressure and an outstnading price compared to anywhere local then I’d highly recommend going down and asking for Dilash Desilva. He was great to work with and willing to go the extra mile to ensure I was a happy customer.

I purchased a samsung 55″ LED TV from Paul’s June 10,2012 and have nothing but problems with it since day 1. Beware folks, the sales staff and customer service department talk a good game but it’s all just talk. In reality they are nothing more than scam artists who promise they will resolve your problem then never follow through. They exchanged my new TV for a re-​manufactured one which had the same problems as the original TV. When i asked for either a refund or a brand new TV as a replacement for my damaged one i was told that there was nothing more they could do for and that i should contact Samsung. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! of their customer service department. I spent $ 3,000 for a TV which is suppose to be top of the line for samsung… what a piece of JUNK!!!

We took part in a Living Spaces/Paul’s TV special. After purchasing our furniture we went into Paul’s TV and worked directly with Hiram Machiote. Hiram was great! Extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Even though it was closing time, Hiram stayed and helped us until we had finalized our purchase. Thank you, Hiram! We love our new TV and would recommend anyone to come see you for their next TV purchase.

My boyfriend and I recently bought a TV from here and LOVE it! Hiram is THE BEST sale’s rep there! He was informative, helpful and never tried to make us buy something that wasn’t for us. We gave him a price range, told him what we were looking for, and he showed us exactly what we wanted and never tried to push for more. The whole transaction was smooth and perfect! If you decide to come here and want TOP OF THE LINE CUSTOMER SERVICE, ask for Hiram!
The bad part to of this all, was the delivery. The people who run the delivery service are terrible! I asked for an hour advance notice upon delivery and they called me 10 minutes before! When I called the delivery company back, the girl I spoke to admitted they made a mistake and still refused to come back in 1 hour — TERRIBLE! I called our sale rep Hiram, he did what he could about the delivery, but unfortunately wasn’t able to do much. So, we had to wait till the next day for delivery. The guys who dropped off the TV, were cool and polite.
Over all, we were very happy with our TV, got an awesome price and were satisfied with the customer service given in the store.

Our main television conked out so I researched Consumers Report and other sites to understant what to look for. Unfortunately their research is on models which are several behind what is being sold but generally provide guidance on best brands and features. I went off to Frys on a Thursday night where they had the LG sets I was looking for at good prices. However, per the salesperson, they do not haul away the old set which in our case was very big. I went off to think about it and the next day when I called them, the price increased about $ 500!
I called Paul’s and spoke with «Z» who was very helpful and said he would meet the sale price at Fry’s. Well, when I got there he was very, very helpful and knowledgeable. He went on the internet and found a price to match that was about $ 420 cheaper than Fry’s new price for the LG set. They also take the old set away. I did not want to get it on line since shipping a tv has a good risk of damage or possibly affecting factory settings, not to mention the headache of a return or repair. Can just picture everyone yelling at me while we have no main tv to watch. Incidently, when they match prices, delivery is not free but is about the same price as Fry’s.
Another great thing about Pauls is that if you buy a stand for the tv, the delivery guys assemble it for you. They also assure the tv and blue ray player I bought all work and set the remote (in our case from Time Warner cable) so it can be used immediately without hours of me figuring out how to do it. Incidently, they had coupons for about 20% off the stand and a sound bar.
I was very pleased with the Paul’s location and the salespeople, especially «Z» but they all seem knowledgeable and helpful.

Its been quite sometime since I purchased a new TV. I wandered in the Paul’s TV store quite by chance as they have a location inside a Living Spaces store in Van Nuys/​Panarama City. I came in a few times, spoke to the sales rep who was very informative and patient, took the info and left.
Finally when I was ready to make a purchase, the tv that I really liked was well beyond my price range. I tried the usual suspects (bestbuy, sears, Fry’s etc) looking for the best price for them to match, but in the end it was their OWN salesman who went and found me the best deal online! I ended up purchasing a 60″ Sharp LED tv + a home theatre system + tax/​delivery/​install at a price LOWER than the tv was marked for in the first place! The tv was delivered the very next day by two very professional gents and am thus far I am enjoying my «happily ever after» with my new tv!

I called and a cool guy named Ammar picked up the phone. I cut straight to the point and asked him if they had a Pioneer 54″ VT25 in stock and for sale.
He said yes and told me the price straight! They were significantly lower than even the Internets best price… I ended driving down immediately & when i met with Ammar he was extremely informative.
I was having second thoughts and was considering going with the Samsung 58″ for couple hundred more. In the end I went with the Panasonic and Ammar assured me that if I did not like it I could trade it in for the Samsung within 10 days! Plus, i got free next day delivery! If your looking for a super bowl deal, hit them up!
I thought i would never buy a TV from a Brick & Mortar store again and Pauls TV proved me wrong.

Wow… Where do I began.
This place sucks and the management stinks with lies and bate and switch tactics…
I went in on Black Friday to purchase a 1097.00 Sharp 52″ TV from these jerks and when I got there I was told it was not a good TV and I should buy the one for 1899.00 a LG TV on Clearance. I brought the ads from Fry’s Electronics with me, and Fry’s happen to have the same LG set for 1199.00. I asked the sales person if he would match the price and he just looked at me and backed away… The idiot would did not even say a word… Just backed away and than almost ran from us. I approached another sales person and asked about the LG and he said they had plenty in stock so I should him Fry’s Ad and it was for the exact same model. He said sure we will help you and match the price. Well, this is where it gets even more ugly… The manager overheard us, so he came up to the salesman and said «I will take care of this and you go help someone else» The manager then said we do not have anymore of these in stock and he would only sell us the floor model for the Fry’s price. I told him that there were plenty in stock since we just checked. The manager told us he did not care since Fry’s only sells refurbished and damaged items. I told him there ad did not state this as other items that are in refurbished condition were. He then told us that this is black Friday and that he was not going to sell me the set at that price since he could get more for it from someone else and that we could leave his store NOW!
We left and called corporate to file a complaint. I talked to a Jacob who promised to get me the LG set for the Fry’s price and that he would call me back in a little bit after he found the ad in his paper. Well, he never called back. I called him three times over the next few days and was told he is not hear, he is on another call, and that he was going to make things better for me… All lies, never ever did I get a call back. This place is false advertising and will not price match as their ads and store signs claim.
Do not buy from these people.
I wish I would drove the extra two miles to Fry’s since they had these in stock when I went to Paul’s thinking they were better than Fry’s. They ended up being like the worst used car dealer in the world.
