Never coming back to this location! I needed one thing and was greeted by somones kid that was out of uniform and treated me like I was out to steal! Done with this location!

Van Nuys, CA
I came here twice today because I am pretty clueless when it comes to electronics and the like. The girl who works here was friendly and very helpful. I came here at 11 and she was the only employee here and very busy with people buying phones/​asking questions. Despite being busy she didn’t rush me or hesitate to help me complete my purchase. I returned an hour later because the cable I had gotten wasn’t long enough. She kindly helped me with the exchange. It was an overall good experience. If I ever need to come here again I look forward to it.

I have had to come here a few times to get various items for classes and the home front and every time I have been there, the folks working there have been super friendly and very helpful.
I was never really a fan of radio shack, but this location is cool and if I still lived there, I would probably continue to give them my business, but alas, I do not. So I probably won’t be back.
But I would recommend them. It is always nice to go to a store where the customer service is good.
