I will NEVER visit here again. First impressions are everything and this was an epic fail on their part. I had a pedicure and manicure done. The manicurist was very nice but the lady who did my pedicure had a look on her face like she was disgusted the entire time. I pointed out some smudges after she put my flip flops on and she got defensive saying«I know, I know!». If your going to be in the service industry customer service is everything.

Worst experience. The guy took 10 min to start bc he was in his cell phone. The leg massage was half ass. It took forever bc he was talking to the employee next to him. Not worth the prices!!!

I came to Queen’s Nails for a Shellac gel manicure and a Queen’s Deluxe Pedicure. The service was excellent — the employees were friendly, attentive to their customer’s needs, and offered everyone a cold beverage. The pedicure was relaxing. I enjoyed the exfoliating scrub and massage. However, the polish job was below average — the second coat of color was uneven and streaky [see pic below].

Service was good but extremely slow. Not to mention there are BUBBLES in my acrylic set. There is not a good selection of powder colors and they tend to do a careless job. I don’t see why people adore this place…

I have been coming to Queen’s nails for years. They always do an amazing job and are super friendly and professional. Everything is clean and they have very good packages for mani pedi. I have moved to different sides of Arlington, but I always come back to Queen’s nails.

Their pedicures are fairly expensive but it is incredibly relaxing. They did a great job and were very friendly.

Just moved to the Pantego area and tried for the first time. Best pedicure I have ever had. Most relaxing leg and foot massage. I could have easily fell asleep and I wasn’t even using the massage chair. Little bit of a higher price then what I was paying but well worth it. Let’s hope the second trip is just as good.

Loved this place. It has a nice welcoming ambience. We were immediately welcomed and seated for our pedicures as we had tried 3 other salons that had 1 or 2 techs working and had no space for us. When chose our pedicures and they brought out trays specific to what we chose. They have massaging chairs and TVs available for every position. The nail techs were great and spent a great amount of time on what we wanted. My polish and gems are still in tact after about 2 weeks.

Went in for a pedicure; not so great job. Cuticles very rough, polish missing on sides and tips, and communication skills need improvement.

Took three friends there, my treat, as I’ve always had such great experiences with Tony. I’d made an appointment for us all – Saturday at 1:15, and the shop was busy, but I was told they could accommodate us all. After two hours, in which my friends and I were shuffled between several different techs, I was so embarrassed by the blatant disregard to what type/colour/design my guests wanted, as well as the over-all shoddy service, I just wanted out! I’d BRAGGED about this place all day, and then to have everyone dissatisfied and frustrated with what SHOULD have been a relaxing day was beyond irritating. Because the shop WAS busy, I asked that the manager come speak with me in the waxing area, away from the other customers. I tried to pay, was told by one of my techs that After I go back and get the $ 99.00 charge(horrifying!) reversed on my card, I will never go back. I’m shocked about this, and so very disappointed. Sorry about the rant, but dang…

A little bit pricey, but worth it! The staff is great, the place is very clean, and my nails are always great-looking and they last. I am a frequent customer. My only complaint is that they don’t have as many nail colors to choose from as other salons I’ve been to and the colors are not organized.

Very welcoming staff and very clean place. She didn’t rush through but instead took her time in making sure my pedicure was done perfectly. Massage was great and I left feeling extremely relaxed. I’ll be back!

Why did I go back again?(Because I thought we could get 3 pedicures at the same time) There are a couple of ladies that work here that are genuinely pleasant but the majority and all of the men that I have had have been downright rude and creepy(men). I recently went in for a pedicure. When handed the“menu” I decided on a standard pedicure, After trying to UpSell me TWICE the male tech never spoke to me again, never asked me if I wanted anything to drink(although all around me were) and didn’t use the color I chose. He was very passive aggressive. Never thanked me. Nothing. No eye contact. No verbal interaction. He just slapped my feet when he needed me to change. I was steaming! and I was paying for two others services as well. You would think that if he wanted more than the standard 15% he would have tried to be pleasant. and yes, I did tip 15%. If my experience had been even a bit nice I could have tipped more. Over $ 100 + 15% tip and I am not feeling the love. I Wont Be Back. Too Loud, Too Busy, Too Rude, Too Expensive. Too Passive Aggressive. Not Relaxing or Enjoyable At All.

Regarding solar nails, Tony is the best! I use to go down the street and my nails lasted a week. This last set that I had done has lasted 23 days and still going!!! Amazing. Sometimes only two weeks but Tony does a great job.

I have been to queens a handfull of times and each time I have had something negative to say about it. Since I can appreciate what they are trying to do I have not felt the need to complain, but the service I experienced this past Saturday was absolutely ridiculous. WILLNEVERGOBACK! Plus, my $ 100.00(including tip) cucumber mani/pedi is already chipped completly off. Can go around the corner and get better quality work and treatment for half the cost:(

I liked this place, and they serve wine during your treatment, which is a huge plus. Very nice looking place, too – not cheap-looking and cramped like a lot of nail salons.

Pricey but good. All the tools are autoclaved and its very, very CLEAN. You feel like you’ve entered a posh department store salon rather than a hole in the wall nail salon so don’t let the exterior fool you. I went with a regular pedicure, manicure and a flower on my toes. 60 bucks. My hands were a mess and my cuticles were really ragged and nasty. Really. I haven’t done my nails for like three months and that’s just my own hack job. A real manicure? not for a year. Gwin was patient, did a great job on my hands and my feet were awesome looking. They carry all OPI nail polish. They offer you wine or soda while you’re sitting in the chair so I had two glasses of blush wine along with getting my nails done. Its really cleverly decorated and they even have a crib hidden in an alcove with a few massage chairs so a busy mom could hypothetically deposit a child for a nap and get her own relaxation. There’s flat screen tvs showing HGTV. Very professional. When I stupidly smudged my flowers on my big toes on the way home I was devastated. I went in the next day and Gwin said Oh no! What happened to our flowers?! and fixed them immediately for me free of charge. My manicure lasted six days and I’m very hard on my hands. My pedicure is two weeks old and still looks great. Toe flowers werent’ the greatest but eh. still cute. Mostly this place is just too pricey for my blood. You can get the same quality work elsewhere for less. You’re paying for ambiance here and maybe that’s important to some folks. For the difference in price I could get my own bottle of wine to drink at home.
