Pizza Hut

It’s Pizza Hut, what do you expect. It’s not a homemade Italian place pushing out pies «like Momma used to make»…they’re corporate recipes passed down from spreadsheet to spreadsheet. But I’m okay with that sometimes when all you need is a bunch of teenagers fed for a party or your friends covered during a football party. They take the order, get it out quickly and the drivers have been nothing but courteous. And I like their new boneless wings in honey BBQ, so there’s that.

I don’t like giving reviews but I figured I need to put this out there… HIT or MISS TYPE OF SERVICE!!! If the restaurant in BELLEVUE wasn’t too far away from our place that’s where we’d rather take our business to. This particular restaurant does not seem to care about customers at all. Like for example, I asked for an extra topping of mushroom on my pizza (and it says it too on the ticket) but instead they put extra an extra topping of onions, I mean, WTF??? Who does that? Last week there was a strand of hair in my husband’s pizza and the week before that they gave him the wrong order! Yes, I did call to let them know, but I don’t think they give two-​shits about their patrons, Becky did not sound to be too concerned about my frustration! Customer service at its worst. DiGiorno’s it is!!!

This is a great Pizza Hut for dining in with family or a small group of friends. The atmosphere is decent for a pizza joint, and the service so far has been spectacular. The servers are friendly yet efficient, and they know the menu very well.
Being a Pizza Hut, there’s nothing particularly special about the food. As with all Pizza Huts, they keep shrinking the size of their pies in an attempt to keep prices steady. One thing stands out a little: their bone-​in hot wings are a little meatier and tastier than the ones I tried at another location. There’s a weekday (and Tuesday night) buffet which I haven’t tried.
This isn’t my main take-​out pizza location, but I’ve ordered take-​out a few times. They have a convenient drive-​up window. The wait time is a little longer than most Pizza Huts. Once I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my order (beyond the 30 minutes they had predicted); they had made a mistake and remade the order, but they didn’t give me the explanation until the order was finally ready. They threw in an extra pizza for my trouble.

Called to order 2 large pizzas for delivery & I provided the right & proper information. I was then told it would take about 45mins to 1hour. After a whole hour 20 minutes I called them to ask about the pizzas & was told that I didn’t give the right address. They didn’t even bother to call me & the employee tried to tell me he did, even though I didn’t receive any notification or missed call on my phone. Every time I try to buy from this Pizza Hut they always mess up. They really need to reevaluate their services. I wouldn’t recommend buying here at all.

Came on a Wednesday night when wings were 50 cents and the stuff crust pizza came out in record time. In all very convenient and the pizza was good as well.
