Bunnies N Blooms

If I could vote zero stars, I would. My wife ordered a beautiful advertised arrangement Teleflora’s Morning Melody Deluxe for my mother. They were out of lavender roses so it was agreed to use red. The advertised photo shows a lot of garnish and other added colors to the set up. My mother received 9 very short stem roses with a very little bit of greenery (photos included to their Unilocal page). Picture showed a bow with the arrangement, no bow received. My wife complained, Beth stated she did not know if the set up was for romance or what so she just changed it to what she thought the consumer would like. She did not clarify anything with us, and the photos clearly show we got about $ 5.00 in effort for a $ 62.00 price. I told her my mother did not complain about the set up, I was the one that was upset because I knew what they were supposed to look like. Beth called my mom crying and asking about the arrangement. Totally unprofessional, the issue was with me, the one who ordered them, she had no right to call the receiving party in a hysterical fit. I would never use them again. I gave Beth the option to make a beautiful arrangement that was similar to what we originally ordered to make up for her extreme shortfall on the original attempt, she was not willing to do so. Eventually, she refunded my money, but the damage was done.

I ordered flowers for my mom. They were delivered when they were suppose to be. They even called to let me know that the delivery was successful. They had such a great selection I had a hard time deciding what to get.
Even better, after 2 ½ weeks my mom says the flowers still look great. Money well spent!

Bunnies N Blooms has beautiful flowers. I loved their Thanksgiving and Christmas table arrangements. They do a great job. They also have a great selection of gifts to choose from. It’s a fun place to go in to check out their accessories. Their staff is helpful, courteous and professional. I’d recommend them to everyone. It’s definitely five stars in my book! :)

My Aunt had ordered me flowers for my birthday and was told they’d be delivered ON my birthday however since I wasn’t home until early afternoon they told me that they were slow and closing early so I’d have to wait until the next day. The owner was very rude about it when I expressed my disappointment to her. She was unapologetic and snarky. When another family member sent me flowers later in the year they tried using Bunnies and Blooms but the owner told them she wouldn’t deliver to me. Really bad business. All because she wanted to go home by 3. My family now uses Fuller flowers and flowers by Rochelle. Both of them are great! I would never give business to this establishment again. Unprofessional and rude.

I have used B&B many, many times for a variety of occasions. Always excellent service and always beautiful flowers. They are great if you have to order by phone or their easy to use website… I have also been into their location numerous times… You can count on these folks…
