I like this place because I’m supporting a local business. I also wanted to mention that the girl who works here with long dark hair is always SO friendly! She just brightens the room. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life, and am always impressed when I encounter someone that is so good at working with customers.

I went in with my family to enjoy some ice cream and frozen yogurt, and we all thought our treats were tasted to perfection. The gal that was working at the time provided great service, and my kids even got exicted to see all the various types of fine chocolates and candies that are offered at Darlene’s. I would highly recommend this place to visit and will be back. We were full from eatin lunch elsewhere, but we noticed that Darlene’s even offers hot dogs, nacho’s, and other type of foods that would fit your fancy. The only disappointment during our visit was that there was no bubble gum ice cream in the selecation to choose from, other then that Darlene’s has a fine line up of ice cream. It is OK I like basin robbin’s better, the sherbert I got there was not good and my son didn’t finished his milkshake. However my wife does like the yogurt, maybe that is the rout to take.
