Don’t go to this store. They keep almost nothing in stock, so they will have to order everything. It seems like there are always 4 people there, but only 1 actually knows what they are doing. The wait times are long, and you will most likely end up having to go to Chico anyway to actually get what you need. This store needs to just be shut down.

This store doesn’t even deserve 1 Star. I went into this store in Jan to see about trading I Phone (2) and was suggested the Edge upgrade Per Corey. He said I’d even get $ 100 per phone ($ 200 gift cards).By March nothing was received and called and no answer at the store so called Corp and talked to atleast 6 people to get this resolved. After all that I have to now send and fax a letter to DISPUTES. This is so not right… I even finally talked to Chris the manager and he basically told me it was the wrong information and TOO BAD… WHAT??? DON’T SHOP HERE, THE ONLY STORE THAT IS CORP FOR THIS AREA IS AT THE CHICO MALL. These satellite don’t have to follow through and you are OUT OF LUCK… I am following through with letter to Dispute but feel it is futile… AGAIN…DON’T SUPPORT THIS PARADISE LOCATION…

Won’t accept returns after 15 days no matter what. So don’t buy unless you know you don’t need to return it. Now stuck with car charger I found out I don’t need.

Tried to return an item 16 days after purchase, in original unopened packaging. Employee had to call the regional manager, who would not allow the return. Unfortunately for them I was interested in purchasing a new phone and plan… can you guess who won’t be getting my business?
I won’t be shopping here and neither should you.
