Gene’s A-1 Glass

Super friendly, super fast and super prices! I needed the glass replaced on a picture frame. I dropped it off on Wed. afternoon and it was done the next morning. I was shocked to hear how little they charged. Get picture frame glass from any of those online picture/​poster stores and they will charge $ 30-​$ 60 for the same size I got.

We’ve done a number of projects with them, and thought it time we post a review. Our projects included: (1) installing a new glass panel for a skylight in our guest bathroom, (2) Refurbishing + reinstalling a custom octagonal window in our master bathroom, (3) installing custom mirrors in both bathrooms, (4) installing new shower doors in our master bath, (5) replacing a cracked pane in our garden window, and, (6) refurbishing both sliding door tracks in the house.
In all cases, we felt we were the most important customers on the planet. Their work product is of the highest quality, and most professional. We were especially happy with the work they did on our octagonal window. It’s a dual-​pane, custom etched window, and we were really nervous that we wouldn’t be able to salvage it during our remodeling project. We were so pleased that they took such good care of fixing it up, and re-​installing it. It’s as gorgeous as ever!

My window got busted out and I met one of the owners at the liquor store as I was on my way home to make a claim and immediately had good vibes. After filing a claim (Sunday) they called me first thing in the am before I could even call them (insurance already got them my info and got the ball rolling). We made an appt for that day they even ordered the glass before I could even talk to them which was handy for me and when I got there the crew was nice and got it done within a short period of time.
