I called the owner to ask if he had fine sandpaper for a woodworking project and not only did he have what I needed but gave a load of helpful advice including saying that he actually got good results polishing with a paper bag saying it has enough grit in it to work as needed. Clearly he is a person who puts helpfulness and kindness before making a buck. A precious breed rarely seen in these days. I will be stopping by to get my supplies I need. :-)

Talk about EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!! I stopped for glue to repair my broken EYEGLASSES… next thing I knew, the gentleman behind the counter had my broken glasses in one hand, a couple bottles of glue«stuff» on the counter; a tiny piece of wire… along with nice conversation… minutes later, ta dah, my glasses were repaired! Although he stated he didn’t guarantee how long they would hold:); I giggled to myself… reaaaally…after all this is a hobby store, not an optometrists office. I offered to pay, he said«NO»! I had an AWESOME experience in this quaint, «big boy» toy store(I noticed huge airplanes and vehicles in boxes)… would recommend this store to all!!! PS…I did not get your name, but a huge«thank you», again.

Delt with them a few times. They work on my stuff for very reasonable prices. I live in chico and drive there to get work done on my r/c stuff because they don’t try to say it’s junk and sell me something new. Been around along time. Good little mom and pop operation.
