Tall Pines Entertainment Center

I’ve been going here for years with decent 3 star experiences but honestly the last two visits were horrible. Constantly crashing lanes — moved lanes 3 times, food was nasty, overall dirty facilities and just plain old and run down. My ball was torn up through the return — received 3 gouges and one Massive chip. My kids usually play a game or two then retreat to the arcade. The last two times they were harassed by other kids hanging out — which I brought to the staffs attention who had little concern. I learned the facility is for sale and perhaps that’s why nobody cares. I care. I care about my families safety, having a good time and getting value for my money. That’s why I’ll be avoiding Tall Pines from now on and going to Orchard Lanes in Chico instead.

As Taylor N. said if I could give this «entertainment center» zero stars I absolutely would. I went there last night (3÷1÷14) with a few friends and experienced the worst customer service ever. We waited in line for 20 minutes to get a lane for the rock in bowl and just as we were about to get up to the register the cashier told the people behind us to come up and get the last lane that was available. When we finally got up to the other register the rudest woman in the world said «name» for a list. Not «Hi, sorry about the wait, but we’re all full» just «Name». What a B****!! She should be fired. So then I asked how long the wait time was and she said just whenever someone leaves and seemed extremely annoyed that I asked. We left immediately. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN AND WOULD ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO DO THE SAME!!!
** I really hope the MANAGER reads this review and makes changes for this so called entertainment center, because if not its going to lose a lot of customers.

Great place to bowl, check for their online coupons. Call ahead to make sure there isn’t league play going on.
SAT rock in roll bowl is a lot of fun to.
