Bomb bomb teriyaki finger licking good but they do have some cold burgers lol the service was good and fast and best of all they have phone orders for those people with short lunches lol

The chicken teriyaki bowl with avocado… Supper is excellent as always consistently good. It’s a little bit pricey but the quality of food is very good. If you are on a diet you will not be breaking any diet rules the food is very good quality.

Ok food but they charge too much their price are tricks charge almost 4 $ for veggies smh head bs

Past 3 times (separate) I tried to call orders in nobody answers I even let it ring for 12 minutes straight and nobody answers. I’ve been a normal customer for 3 years now. Honestly wtf I always call In order around 8 bc that’s my lunch. Fuck it I’ll take my money elsewhere.

You can always count on this place to hit the spot each and every time! I love it! Super affordable too!

Good stuff. I had the chicken + beef plate, comes with salad and rice. About 10 bucks. The place is clean and the food came out pretty fast.
Like the fact that theres plenty of sirracha and soy sauce out on the table and they have hot peppers as well. If you’ve read my reviews you might know that I try and stay clear of sugar water aka «soda»…I’m a water drinker and their water tastes really good. This is huge for me because many places have foul smelling and tasting water/​ice.
There’s a lot of options to eat with in walking distance from here but I saw this place was busy, always a good sign. Fresh food, solid staff, clean, I’ll be back.

I came here yesterday with high hopes for this place. I was not in the mood for cooking (I cook daily.) I could’ve stopped and grabbed some Waba Grill, which is way closer to my place, but my son was sleeping and was looking for a place with a drive-​thru, so I found this place. They were fairly quick, which was a plus (I got the chicken and beef plate with a side of veggies.) I got home and opened up the boxes and it actually looked and smelled good. My son and I ate some and shortly after I started feeling sick to my stomach and drank some medicine and still was feeling queasy, not to mention my little one was up and crying all night bc his tummy was hurting.
NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE!
They probably cross contaminated the food and apparently other reviewers have found hairs on their food and have gotten sick too!

Never disappointed with the food. Always fresh and they get my order out quick. The best teriyaki ever in my opinion, especially when avocado is added.

I had been craving teriyaki for a while now and I have tried a couple places that I just want satisfied. but then I come to see this place which is close to my job so I decided to try it! DELICIOUS! And it has a DRIVE-​THRU!!! although the drive thru menus seems a bit plain and simple, it is until you see the food that you know you’ve made a good choice. The people were friendly and asked me if I wanted Any other sauces. The food tasted great. not too sweet and just the right amount. I ordered the beef and chicken combo plate and it came with a salad, that by the way I loved as well the ranch was delicious. To me I had a pleasant meal and I will surely be back! !! :)

Now let me tell you something about golden bowl. The homie Zach introduced me to this place years ago and I fell in love with it since. The staff is friendly, the food is amazing. A solid choice I go with most of the time is a large chicken bowl. It’s never failed me a day in my life. The beef and chicken bowl is also a solid choice and not to mention, they’re teriyaki burgers will actually surprise you with deliciousness!

Very good food! Place is small and reminds me of the old taco bells. It could use remodeling but the service is also ehh like whatever.

Golden bowl I have been coming to the teriyaki food place for years and they still have the best that I eaten, I always love getting the large half and half bowls and tell them to add extra meat omg is like lifting a cinder block it’s heavy and so good. The people there might no be the friendliest bunch or speak English all that well but the flavor and taste make up for all of it.

I walked in hoping it would at least be edible and it far exceeded my expectations.
I got a chicken teriyaki bowl and added avocado. I am so picky about this stuff but everything was good. Rice was good and fresh and moist. The chicken was MOISTJUICYTENDER! NOT ONE piece of chicken was bad! Green onions were perfect. You’d think you couldn’t mess up green onions but I have seen it, people, trust me. The AVOCADO WAS CORRECT! A splash of sriracha and I was in heaven.
It’s unfortunate there isn’t a location in Silverlake where I live but at least I know where to eat when I’m in the Paramount/​Bellflower area.
Also, the restaurant used to be a Taco Bell and is equipped with the classic Taco Bell furnishings circa ’89 back when Taco Bell wasn’t disgusting.
My one small gripe is the fountain soda machine. What was labelled Diet Coke was definitely not Diet Coke– most likely a generic diet cola which I just cannot be a party to.
I almost got a second bowl to-​go just to have it but I resisted.

KooSoooo we usually come here often. Always good not a problem… until today. I ordered a beef bowl with shrimp as well as a chicken one, two burgers and a large fry. As I left the drive threw I of course checked the food… noticed the salads were missing from the bowls but hey whatever I had both kids in the car wasn’t about to get out for that. So I went home and my boyfriend got a huge hair tied up in a piece of meat! I was pissed so I decided to call. Asked for a person in charge. And they said «well what do you want? Your money back??» I said «I don’t know what you do for situations like these but that would be appropriate»
«OK bring me all the food back»
I was not going to bring back all the food I just got home I wasn’t going to go all the way back. So I asked her so what ur just not going to do anything then and she told me NO. Very rude and very disgusting. GOODBYE GOLDEN BOWL!!!

Why its one star? First thing 2 lady’s in cash Regester no one speak well English very hard to explain that instead rice you want salad finally I guess owner came out get me what I want and they charge me $ 2 more replacing rice with salad crazy

I’ve gone here before and thought the teriyaki bowls were good. However, if at one of those times I get food poisoning then you’re done! My 3 kids and I all went through 2 days of vomiting, diarrhea, and stomache. I will never return here. So beware!

I found this place on Unilocal and decided to check it out because I was craving teriyaki chicken but I didn’t want my typical flame broiler or waba grill. So i found this place and came to order. I got the chicken and shrimp combo I think. From what I remember. They didn’t have a brown rice option which kind of bummed me out. But the food was pretty good, it’s not a good healthy option like other places, the place was a bit run down and you can tell it had been there a while. I thought the chicken and the teriyaki sauce was good. The other fried items were not very good. they were okay.

This is only for the food as I have not set foot in the restaurant.
I was over at my friend’s house getting Blu-​Ray demos on the big screen when his wife announces she going to order and pick up dinner. They ask if I wanted dinner too… «Oh sure, twist my arm!»
In 20 minutes or so she was back and handing out the teriyaki chicken bowls she ordered… ok, it was a regular, square take-​out container rather than a «bowl», but you get the idea. It was filled with steamed rice, grilled chicken and a good sized container of their teriyaki sauce on the side. It also came with a salad, I’m told all for around $ 5 — $ 5.50!
Properly cooked rice + nicely grilled chicken + tasty teriyaki sauce + good size portion + great price = very tasty meal & great value! YUM!
I think I need to make a drive and set foot in this restaurant myself!
