Yo its me Roger a good customer but you guys have a problem your drive thru service sucks I’m not trying to talk bad but you guys don’t ever forget to charge but seem to always forget to give items one chicken nuggets for a whole my son didn’t eat he had to eat my food and today my daughters Apple juice I cannot count the others but than I’m tired of giving my money away to you guys service so poor at drive thru unsatisfied customer keeps happening never stops

I don’t usually come to this McDonald’s and this will be the last time I come here. So I stopped by today to pick up some breakfast before heading to work. It was a simple order, a McMuffin and some OJ. I then get to work just to realize how burnt my damn sandwich was! I honestly can not believe whoever cooked it had the nerve to actually send that out. It was far from edible and I had no choice but to throw it away. I was not about to eat something that was way over cooked. I obviously did not return to get my money back because I was at work already but I know not to come back anymore. That explains all these bad ratings

AVOIDTHISMCDONALDS! I drove here around 12:30am and ordered a large pepsi. Didn’t receive my drink until 12:52. Beyond ridiculous! This location needs more staff working overnight or just faster service. Employees also need a customer service check. I asked the guy in the drive thru to give me a fresh drink because i’m sure the first one he handed me was sitting there for 20 minutes. He rolled his eyes and proceeded to give me a new drink. No apologies or anything. Managers need to fix this issue. Rude employees and slow service.

This is usually my go to location since the one near my house(cherry & alondra) is always finding a way to ruin my meal. I drive a little further but the food is usually better and the service is outstanding. But the last few times I’ve gone at night they seem to be slacking. It’s a real shame when it happens because I drive out here just to avoid these issues. I am writing this in the hopes that the service will get better.

Simply put this McDonalds sucks. I’ve had issues before with customer service and today was the last straw. I waited there for them to help me because their computers were down and after waiting for 5 minutes they tell me that they’re only accepting cash. I wouldn’t have been so irritated if they would have let me know first off that they were only accepting cash and not have me wait.

I only come back because this place is infront of my house and is open when I’m having my late night cravings but I have to say this now. SLOW. SLOW. SLOW. Drive through takes FOREVER. Bring back the«be done in one minute or meal for free» thing and this place was fail.

One star for their drive thru. Order taker was in a hurry and next thing I know they forgot one item. Even the lady in the 2nd window was in a hurry. They forgot the new item I ordered, the mozzarella cheese sticks. And they didn’t give me a receipt. I went back and drove couple miles to pick it up. The lady in the drive thru order taker didn’t even understand what I was instructed when I called to report the missing item and receipt. I spoke to Avril/Daryl. Oh well, crew members here were not even wearing their name tags that’s why it’s hard to report or do a claim. I’m not sure if this location is owned by Mc Donald’s corporate or a franchise. Either way, my experience here was horrible. Hope this will be addressed.

I have eaten food from this store 3 times in the last year, and they have served me garbage 2 of the 3. First time was a stale roll and a forgotten item. Second time was ok. Then tonight I get a call asking if I wanted anything from McDonalds. When I tried to take a bite out of it I had to hold it with my teeth and tear off a piece. It had been microwaved so long that the bun was rock hard around the bottom edges. Do your self a favor, if you want McDonalds go to a different store

It’s fking McDonald’s, they all taste the same, though this is location has the classy feel of a Applebee’s. Flat screen tvs used as menus, wood panel walls and leather seats. Extra point for having a clean bathroom and free wifi.

Went there today asking if they could me something off the secret menu the girl didn’t know and asked her manager to which I received a rude we don’t do that. The McDonald’s food chain can make over a 100 different items of food that most people don’t wanna eat because it’s crap and they know it’s crap because nobody orders it and that why this company is loosing business take a page from in n & out McDonald’s just stick to making quality burger and fries

This place has 2 drive thru lanes, but it’s useless!!! I waited for a long time at the right lane when 4 people on the left already got their orders taken. I tried getting their attention several times but no one responded and had the courtesy to say give us a second. I know the lane wasn’t closed coz there was someone in front of me who already had their order taken too. Will never come back to this place!

This mcdonalds sucks big time. How do you advertise breakfast all day but then dont serve it. I got into the drive thru only to be told they dont serve the sausage biscuit and egg sandwich til 4am. Fine i ordered something else. Then i ordered the deluxe combo only to be told they don’t make scrambled eggs for it. Ok so what the hell do you serve? Not the employees fault he was actually a really nice kid but where is the manager and why do you not serve alot of breakfast items when your advertising breakfast all day? !

This is probably the worst McDonald’s I have ever been in. As soon as I walked in the place REEKED of something foul. They did have the ice cream machine pulled forward from wall but gave no explanation when asked about smell. It carried thru entire restaurant. It was a cross between vomit and hot ass. I ordered the Triple Cheeseburger combo and got a mountain of salt over my fries. I told them and they balked about it. In the dining area, everybody gagged on the smell. Unbelievable how far this chain has fallen. I’m not sure if they are deep frying baby diapers with the fries or the staff is wiping their ass on the walls. Incredibly fou for a restaurant to allow this during operating hours. Ironically the bathroom stall smelled better. Ronald McDonald should get his ass kicked for the state of this restaurant– over salted fries — cold burger — smelly drink area — stinky dining room — rude staff.

This place is the worst. At about 1:00 today I realized I’d not yet eaten at all today, So before heading home after running errands I decided(against my better judgement) to grab a snack. Got a double cheeseburger kids meal, hold the pickles. Simple, right? Apparently not. Drive through guy was too lazy to ask if I wanted apples or Go-hurt so just added Go-gurt to my meal. I asked him to switch it to apples. No problem. Get to the window where they give you the food. I look inside briefly and OFCOURSE no napkins or ketchup. These cheap so and so’s!!! At minimum please give me napkins in my bag! Had to ask for both. I could tell the server was pretty much like«get the eff out of here» when she said have a nice day. Get home ready to finally eat for the day. Discovered that my fry bag was only half way filled. It’s a small fry for Petes sake! I couldn’t have had any more than maybe 20 fries in the bag. Fries were old too. Ok, on to the double cheese burger. Can you believe that the bottom of the bun was burned and smelled crispy? And the meat was hard, dry and disgusting. Do they still use heat lamps? They must because I have no other explanation for what I received. Called up there and spoke to Len who gave the standard«we are sorry, I will replace it» response. She probably deals with these kinds of calls all day. I asked her for the franchise owners #, called him and left a vm. I don’t care if he calls back at this point because now that I’ve written this review I feel much better. Still hungry(didn’t eat the burger) but better. Now I remember why I’ve been dramatically reducing my FF intake. I’d rather cook at home with care.

Worst restaurant in all of LA County period! The drive thru is at least a 20 min wait, even if your first in line! The fries I received looked and tasted a day old, my bacon clubhouse burger came with NOBACON! They even forgot the cheese –_– wow… The cashiers there are generally rude as well, high school dropouts or dead weight with a diploma i figure… AVOIDTHISPLACEATALLCOST! I’ve had better service and better food from a vending machine stole my quarters…

The. Worst. Service. EVER. It took them 15 mins to make a lettuce wrap Mc Double, which it’s understandable, I guess since they are not popular and then they waited to the very end to let me know they no longer had side salads. There is nothing but a bunch of immature kids in the back just hanging out doing nothing, when the ice machine is out of ice and the drip trays are filthy. The cashier gave me attitude because I notified them about the ice, I did not mention the filthy trays to save them from embarrassment. Save yourself the hassle and drive a bit longer to the many other Mc Donald’s in the area. By all means; AVOIDAFTER10PM, they have a skeleton crew and the lines get crazy long.

20 minute wait for the drive through. are you kidding me? This Mc Donald’s has a dual lane entry used to cut down the traffic the drive through caused on Lakewood. It’s pretty slow to begin with but it’s even worse when your lane gets ignored! What sucks even more is when you are behind someone that isn’t saying anything. Pro tip, yell at the speaker box to get some attention. If you still see your lane being skipped hop on the other one. If you can’t switch, drive to the pay window anyways and have them take your order there, at the window. They may ask you to wait at a designated parking spot. It’s up to you if you want to but if you really want to make a point, just tell them you’d rather wait right there since you were skipped. You might hear bells going off cause of the wait time, but it’s their fault for skipping you in the first place! Plus, you don’t want to be «forgotten» and waiting another 10 to 20 minutes at that parking spot only to have to go inside and pick up your food anyways. Btw, this method may result in your food sloppily thrown together or worse… Do at your own risk!

Bad service thru the drive. Was asked to park and the food was going to be brought out to us. Came in 10 min later and the order was lost somehow. And the fast food workers want $ 15.00 smh. Please be happy minimum wage $ 9.00.
