I’ve always came here since I was a little girl and everything was fine until my last visit about a month ago I don’t know her name but she was the most rudest employee ever! I asked for a chipotle chicken griller and they gave me a Beefy griller I asked if they could change it and she rolls her eyes at me! So she got the griller and yelled at me to get it! I checked it & it was still wrong ! So I told them and they were talking crap right in front of me ! She couldn’t atop staring at me she looked at me till I left the restaurant! And to make it even worst I asked for another order to go and they did the most messiest hard shell tacos ever ! They need to fire that girl asap!

Great place, great crew and mgr, great food. Today place was a little dirty. Normally clean. They sell breakfast now. Not tried yet. I love they’re meal deal «C». Chalupa with chips and drink for $ 3. Their Chalupa is $ 2.79 alone. $ 2.99 is the meal. It’s a no brainer. Parking is good. Easy to drive threw. They have pizza Hut express. They sell some pizza Hut items separate menu. They used to have a value menu but no more. They have a value meal deal but not a la carte. Overall, I give this place an «A».

I love Taco Bell but I was very disappointed with my visit today. Half full portions & dirty containers are not cool! I understand it’s a cheap meal but that doesn’t mean to rip off your customers & skimping on the ingredients especially after paying for extra.

I decided to try the new Taco Bell breakfast. I don’t care for sausage so I had the bacon breakfast burrito. Unfortunately the little bacon bits that are sprinkled in the burrito taste like processed bacon bits that you get to go on baked potatoes. I don’t think I’ll be back for breakfast! Carl’s Jr. is in the same parking lot and they have a very good bacon and egg burrito.

The staff here is really nice to me everytime I go there. The food normally comes out pretty fast at this spot.

My kind of food when I’m low on cash

Well, I’m not one to give bad reviews normally, but I can’t say that I’ve had many good experiences here. The only reason that I’m not giving a 1-​star is because the service is not always bad when I come, and the food is always at least decent.
The problem is that I’ve had far too many instances where the service is bad, especially when I order in the drive through at late hours. I’ve had multiple experiences with the order being placed wrong, and especially with not being offered any sauce or asked if I needed any.
Tonight I just had enough. I ordered a taco box, and the person taking my order put down 1 taco and I had to correct my order. I ordered a diet pepsi, and I got a full sugar one which is a no-​go if you’re diabetic. I wasn’t offered any sauce nor asked if I wanted any (again) and the server just quickly handed me my things and closed the window abruptly without asking me if I needed anything else or giving me a chance to speak.
If the service wasn’t decent during the daytime when I dined in, I would give this place a 1-​star. The selection and training process for employees needs to be MUCH better.

I went to Taco Bell today and I found the rudest manager i’ve seen, her name is Ruth.
My family and I ordered our food (correctly) and the girl working there charged us for a completely different thing. She kept insisting that she repeated the order to us (which she never did) and after a couple of minutes of her telling her manager that she did everything the way she is suppose to, they changed my order to how it was suppose to be.
The manager told me to wait on the side and girl that took our order kept telling the manager that she did everything good, the manager responded to her «I think you have to spell it out word for word for those kind of people because obviously they can’t hear» Really? wtf did she just say? What if i was hard of hearing or deaf? Does she have the right to talk to me like that?
I asked her kindly for their Corporate number, she said ok and to hold on. After waiting there for about 15 minutes, she comes back all rude saying «Do you need something?» I respond, «yes, i asked for you to give me your corporate number». Again she said, «ok hold on». After a few minutes, she comes back with a number, i asked for her name, she said Ruth and even spelled it out for me. Stupid bitch.
I got home, dialed the number she gave me and that wasn’t even the number for corporate.
Of course, I looked for the real corporate number and called.
I’ve never been treated like this ANYWHERE. I usually come here a lot but this is just disgusting for a so called «MANAGER». What kind of people are they hiring?
AVOID THIS TACO BELL or if you can’t, please avoid the manager RUTH and the cashier who obviously needs more experience JEANETTE.
