I was skeptical of coming here due too the bad reviews and my one time bad experience but thought I would give it a second chance. Food was good and service was pretty fast after I got notice but I give it a two, because customer service is crappie no hi, hello or how may I help you. She just waited until I spoke up and told her my order… not even a smile. But you see a 3 star because they have a pretty big indoor playground and is good if you have kids. I know how helpful that is when you need some rest from your energetic children’s but still want to have a watchful eye on them. So «no» I don’t recommend this Carl’s Jr. Unless you are here for a place to have some time of rest and have your kids to enjoy themselves. but don’t ask how clean or safe it is for your kids because I haven’t brought my 5yr old here jet… you would have to find that out for yourself and please be kind to post your honest opinion for us all. Hope my review is helpful.

This is a rating as a walk in customer. No customer service at all. I went in the counter girl was busy to say hi. Or excuse me I’m busy I’ll be right with. Nothing! Then I was thinking to go out and drive in with my car, apparently drive thru is more active? Then very nice lady came up to me from the back and said have you been helped? –Obviously waiting for 5 minutes I’m not! My answer. I ordered with her and now sitting and waiting for my food. Hopefully it’s going to be good. If it is I’ll keep my two stars. If not I’ll take one away and will leave the one what deserved the second nice lady. Definitely not coming back to this location anymore a less the owners tighten up the service.

This is probably the worst Carl’s Jr I have been to, the shift leader was rude over the intercom he kept asking me to repeat my order and when I asked him to make my fries fresh he said in a rude way that they always make there fries fresh which is a lie because I’ve have cold fries from there before then I asked him for my receipt because he didn’t give me one and he gives me the wrong receipt this isn’t even the worse part he had me park out front I had to get off my car to demand the right receipt my overall experience at this Carl’s jr was terrible it doesn’t even deserve 1 star and the mans name was Jose I believe don’t go to this carls jr

One star because the burgers are good and it’s right down the street from me… but other than that, SAVEYOURSELFTHEHEADACHE!!! Please go to the location on Clark/Imperial right up the street. This location lacks of any customer service knowledge! I would love to speak with management – but I do not think they know how to answer a telephone. I cannot tell if the employees are thick in the head or stoned. There’s an employee here by the name of Katelyn who is the epitome of stupid. How many times are you going to say«ummm, well, ummm» when I am ordering something? You better get used to presenting the menu because this is the only place you’ll be working at the rest of your life with your stupid self. Fast food? More like wait 30 minutes in the drive thru because the employees are idiots.

normally, I would never review a fast food place because really, what’s the point? my bf and I only went here because In-n-Out was packed and it’s close to home. the food was whateves, but that’s expected. I’m here to review the shitty service. it’s seriously a drag when you gotta deal with a person who obviously hates their crap job. so the girl who served us last night(7:45−8pm) acted like she couldn’t shove our food out the window fast enough. I mean, she was pretty much walking away as she was saying«thank you, good night». uuuuum, could we please have our credit card back? my bf asked her, «excuse me, did you give me my card back?» … «um, you didn’t get it back?» obviously not. my bf also asked if he could get a receipt(because she crumpled the one she was suppose to give us), and right then, you could clearly hear her say, «FUCK». my bf and I turned to each other and asked«you heard that right?». I know not to expect A+ service from a fast food joint, but seriously? the girl couldn’t even remember to give back a credit card and receipt, then get pissed at us cuz she sucks at her job? moral of the story: a long line at In-N-Out is always better than Carl’s Jr employees with shitty attitudes.

Cleaner than the Paramount Blvd location… the cashier seemed bored & not in the mood! SORRYBOUTIT but I deserve at least a grin. I ordered that EXTRA Bacon Burger thing… yeah either Bacon needs to be cooked softer or you need to add more cheese cause the hard crispy bacon makes it a dry burger. But anyways, it came with a FREE Pop Tart Ice Cream Sandwich &OMG you would think I was taking the cashier’s paycheck, I shouldn’t have to remind you what my meal comes with and you shouldn’t be surprised I would want EVERYTHING my meal comes with. You know last 3 times I’ve been to Carl’s Jr, I’ve had HORRIBLE experiences… I THINKIT’S A SIGN!

This is one of my stops for breakfast before going to work and occasionaly when I want to take mother for a burger. The service when I’ve gone here hasn’t been terrible so I can’t complain there. The food is what it is, fast food that’s not to say its not good. The 6 dollar burger is my choice for when I’m hungry and always fills me up, though when I’m eatting there for breakfast before work or a small«midnight snack» I usually for the big hamburger for 1.29. Can’t go wrong with that.

I love how this Carl’s Jr. drive-thru leads you directly to the adjacents Yoshinoya’s drive-thru on your way out. I wonder how many fat arses like me not only go through Carl’s Jr., but also drive through the Yoshinoya for a burger and chicken bowl dinner? :)

What more can you expect from a fast food joint? Slow service haaaaa, bad food oooohhh, and most of all a bad experience woooh. I only ate there once, and complained to their corporate headquarters about how bad the visit was. First off, if you take someones order, don’t stare at the customer like you’re on crack, and then make them repeat their order 20 times. Second, please give them their exact change when they give you the correct amount to make it easy on you like a $ 20 bill plus tax, and then they give you them a buck and change back, when it would’ve of been exactly $ 13 dollars(basic math skills required) or better yet hand eye coordination since the cashier calculates it for you. Third, after you take their order, be considerate and ask after they have waited about 15 minutes for there order to make sure if they have received their order, yet the cashier continued to take two other customers in which they received their order before mine. Lastly, if the managers tell you that there is no owner, then he is blowing smoke up your ass. IT’S A DAMNFRANCHISE! Stay away from this place; it’s a dump. That’s why it’s always empty. Go check.
