If i can give this place no stars i would. Food was burnt and that «Minerva» lady has such a horrible attitude. I know customer service and what she provided me with was a joke. Seriosly should be demoted. I saw even the crew had a better attitude then her.

Worst drive thru!!! Takes too long and the drive in girl Monica has an attitude. No courtesy greeting or courtesy goodbye. Won’t be coming back here again!!!

EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE GONE THERE, they ask me to back up so that they can re-​start their time. Even if its something simple. The service sucks but the food is the same.
**Once in 5 years, they did not ask me to back up and their food was done quickly.
Don’t go to this one if you can avoid it!

I ordered large French fries and they served them in this little box. And look at the jalapeño poppers they’re all smashed.

Go to the drive thru and they will tell you to back your car up so they can reset their timer so they can look good to corporate. Not cool. Unprofessional.

1 star only cause I can’t write a review without giving atleast 1 star… so even though I try not to EVER go to this location because 8 out of 10 times they get the order wrong and or something is usually missing… so when I do come to this location I make sure to have the workers confirm my order & I take the time to check my order before moving an inch! Well, while on the way home at 12:45am from a tiring day at work I was asked by my boyfriend to stop at Jack in the Box for a late night meal… well my order was correct so YAY for that but I realized 6 hours later while on my way back to work that I paid with cash & did not recieve change (I usually don’t carry cash so I’m used to swipping my card, grabbing my food & going) so around 10 am I called & spoke to the «person in charge» and explained the situation & she notified me that the cashier was over by $ 3 & some change but within 2 minutes she found me & my transaction on their video system & confirmed, oh yeah, she did’nt give you any money back & told me, «if you can come in, I’ll give you your money back» she also said «I’ll be here til 6pm» so I made it a point to be there before 6pm so that I would not have to go over this situation with another «person in charge»…well, I got there at 4:30pm and she was gone but apparently she told her relief I would be in… I was asked to stand to the side & wait…40 minutes later I decided to call Guest Relations while I stood there & then the dumb ass «team leader» decided to come out & tell me the cashier was’nt any money at all & that he could not find me or my transaction on the cameras… I informed the lady I was already talking to from Guest Relations that he is lying to me & she was livid… the whole time his dumb ass had a smirk on his face, but anyways I got my $ back straight from corporate right away & then some… although the $ 10 is not that serious, the way these dumb ass fast food loosers treated me is uncalled for & I am satisfied that UPPER management is gonna rip them a new asshole!!!

i usually do not review typical fast food joints
but i am reviewing this place because my girlfriend and i had such a horrible experience
it was almost midnight on a rainy day and we wanted to grab a bite and since it was here her place we decided to do the drive thru route
such horrible service, they got our order wrong, twice, and they were rude about it. yes it’s fast food, yes it’s cheap, but i’ve never experience anything this frustrating and irritating.
we ordered our burgers dry with no mayo, ketchup, and mustard, but they decide to ignore us and put everything on
we ordered regular fries, but they couldn’t get that right either
and their shakes are so watery, you wouldn’t know it’s a blended drink if i didn’t tell you.
