My wife and I took our 2 year old daughter here today for her first dance class ever. The receptionist lead both of them into the class, where two other mothers and a bunch of other kids were. The dance instructor didn’t even acknowledge my daughter or wife. About 10min into the class, one of the other passive aggressive mothers in the seating area went up to the receptionist and asked«uh, are the other mothers allowed in there?». The receptionist went in and cleared my wife and the two moms out. Their daughters and mine broke down in tears because they thought they were abandoned. After trying to get the crying toddlers to go back into the class alone, we all realized it wasn’t going to happen. We left. Three individual kids, potential clients, have been lost. «No parents allowed» That’s really a terrible policy. I’ve taken many child development classes in college and you’d assume people who work with such young children would be very much aware that not all toddlers are independent. Perhaps the owner of the company should send the employees off to training to learn to work with babies.

This is my daughter’s 5th year at Kimberly’s Dance Studio and she couldn’t be happier. She has a wonderful relationship with her teachers. I am very happy with her progress, Kimberly’s Dance Studio is a safe environment for the dancers and I would highly recommend this dance studio.

My daughter has been attending here a few month now. Ms. Diana is an amazing teacher and seems very passionate about what she does. My daughter loves her and looks forward to attending her class every Saturday. I only give 3 starts because I feel there isn’t a lot of communication with the parents as far as upcoming events. Also, when we walked in to the studio for the first time they weren’t very welcoming, didn’t offer a tour, didn’t explain anything unless I asked. The guy basically just gives you a package to read on your own and figure out for yourself.

I am rating this business 1STAR because they’re customer service is poor. My son has an upcoming event and needs the assistance of a choreographer, I chose Kimberly Studio because I drive by all the time. However, I found that the doors are always closed, no one returns my email, no one returns my voicemails. Over the course of 2 weeks, I have left several voicemails during different times of the day w/out luck. Also, I submitted a couple of online request through the website and no reply. I will continue to search and will not be interested in becoming a client since there seems to be NO customer contact.

New location, it’s at the old site of the Banco Popular. Its got more rooms with mirrors, dance, acro and salsa classes. The teachers are great. It needs chairs for the crowds of parents waiting. The staff is a nice family, very talented. They have many trophies from past competitions. Very close knit families, the girls grow together and go into competitions. Also they welcome new dancers into their programs easily. My daughter loves it.
