Sal and The Crew are by far the BEST place to go for all your Powertstroke needs. Had to get some work done and living paycheck to paycheck… well they were upfront honest and fair. These days that’s rare! I moved to San Bernardino County and I’m still coming here for all my work done on my truck. Thanks Guys!

Got the engine cooler replaced by these guys. 2 day turn around time when other shops told me a week before they could even see my truck. Glad I saw Sal and Jesse at power stroke great service, fast repair, best price around!

Talk about customer service. Sal and his associates were very friendly and professional. Spoke to Sal on Tuesday about problem with my 6.0 Diesel. He had me bring it in on Wednesday morning at 830. They had the work completed by 130 and I was very pleased with the work and cost. I highly recommend using them for your diesel repairs. I will be returning there of my next need repair.

These guys are great as far as oil changes and tuneups are. However, when it came to a tapping noise I had in my engine (Ford F-​150 5.4 Triton Engine), they charged me nearly $ 3,000 for the cam phasers and the tensioners. When they gave me the truck back and I ran it, the engine started sputtering; I took it back and they told me one of the tensioners had broken and had made the timing chain jump. They fixed it. I took it back, but this time it had a rattling sound when you started it and the engine would shake violently. They took it to a buddy of theirs who used to be a Ford mechanic and he couldn’t find the solution. Then they asked me to buy a short block because they couldn’t find the solution. I refused. They got tired of me bringing the truck back, and Sal told me to not bring the truck back for major repairs, because they specialize in diesel trucks, not gas engines, that they could do oil changes and tuneups for me. Why take on a job that you know you can’t do and charge me that much for it? Mind you, they had given me a 1 year or 12,000 mile warranty. Now the tapping noise is back, apart from the rattling noise when I start the truck. So on to look for another mechanic. I hope I find a competent one.

Just had another truck repaired at Power stroke and very happy once again, they have saved me a small fortune on my vehicles and no problems after. I just don’t understand the negative reviews, may be they need to go and spend a trip to the dealer to see the difference in Power strokes prices because there workmanship is as good or better than the dealers. And people keep up with your oil changes its very important on a turbo vehicle. Keep up the good work lads see you next time

Saved $ 8000 Great service. Ask for sal. Dealership quoted me nearly 9000 to drop in a new motor. I almost did but thought I would get a second opinion. Brought my truck down and an hour later sal said it was a bad gasket and some kind of relay thing. 175 dollars later I was driving my truck home and it has been running fine for the last three months. Thanks sal, by the way I am filing a claim against the Ford dealership with the better business, apperantly this is a common problem with dealerships up selling service thanks again sal.

Very happy with the work that Jesse n Sal have done on my 2000 7.3, never have had any issues with Powerstroke Solutions. I will continue to commute from Orange County to their shop where ever they move to. I would highly recommend this shop to any diesel truck owners. Keep up the great work.

Brought my truck in here when I got the dreaded NO START when hot in my 2005 F350 6.0 Diesel. Sal got it fixed up with same day service at a reasonable price! I’ve been back a few times for a couple more maintenance needs. I only come here now… whether its just a simple oil change… to my future bullet proofing of my motor.

I was on my way back from the airport and figured, time for an oil change. I’d been here once before and the guy said *

My local FORD dealer always finds something else wrong. The conversation is always, «Hey, by the way, we found that […] needs replacing.» I got tired of their high prices and constant urge for unnecessary repairs.
A friend of mine recommended POWERSTROKE SOLUTIONS. I must admit, I had my doubts about not going to the dealer, but I gave it a shot. I took my F250 in for a weird noise and they took the time to actually explain what they were GOING to do AND what they actually did. I WAS GIVEN THE CHOICE to have the same quality parts as the dealership, a cheaper alternative, or **GET THIS** performance aftermarket (it was up to me).
Everything was done super fast, was WAY cheaper than that stupid dealership, and I left knowing that my truck was treated right.
