I come to this Starbucks often because I live near by and I’ve never experienced customer service like tonight. Liz H. was extremely nice the computers were a little slow and she kept apologizing along with a great smile. Ps all the other employees here rock as well :)

DONTCOMEHEREIFYOUHAVE A PEANUTALLERGY. Seriously i came twice to get a vanilla bean frap but i couldnt finish it, i had to go home and take medication because my throat was swelling. They should have a sign saying fraps contain nuts now. i would hate to see a child who has a allergic reaction that can be really deadly.

This Starbucks knows how to make Blonde roast, which is my go-to coffee. They are fast and polite. The tables could use a wipe-down in between customers, but that would entail hiring another person.

I ordered a tall caramel macchiato and By the time I got to work, the foam was gone and to my surprise the latte was only a little over half full. This is ridiculous! I didn’t even took a sip from it!

I’m a Starbucks lover but this location only gets my order right 1 in a million. I’m typically nice about it and let it go but this last time was ridiculous. I stop by the drive thru to get it made again and it was worse than it was the 1st time. I ordered the most basic Carmel frap and salted Carmel frap. No sea salt(understood) but shit, it tasted like straight chocolate. Baristas are nice and all but their skills are weak with drinks. Not recommended

Service is very friendly and depending ob the time you go they can have you in and out in a few minutes. It’s always very clean and merchandise is stocked.

Very clean. But the tables would be more inviting if I didn’t have to wipe off the last guests’ crumbs before sitting down to enjoy my chai tea latte w/soy and use my phone. At least the tables are now varnished, making it easier to wipe them off. The staff here now are a lot nicer than the rude ones they’ve had in the past. I do think staff should keep the tables clean for customers. The chai tea latte w/soy is perfect.

This Starbucks employees have the worst customer service. At least always one staff answers with an attitude. Their drinks always seem to be watery which probably has to do with the fact that they have a drive thru that is demanding(packed); but I mean come on it takes only a bit of compassion to make a drink thicker. Other than the occasional rude employee, all other employees are exceptionally attentive. 2.5 out of 5

TERRIBLE!!! Not a whole lot of people in here and it took over 15 min for my drink. That I can deal with but to give me a cold/still. partially frozen breakfast sandwich was disgusting. Avoid this location because it is absolute shit. I wish they had a negative stars button.

Went there yesterday and I go quite often, and every time is a hit or miss with them. I ordered a white chocolate mocha(hot) went through the drive thru didn’t take a sip til after driving off and realized it was steamed milk. I was so upset!!! Thank you«barista» for not giving me the correct order –_– so for everyone that orders from here make sure you get what you payed for. I payed for a $ 4 cup of milk

Came here tonight around 7pm for two venti sized ice coffee via drive-thru. The place was so clean and well kept. At the drive thru, Diego took my order. He was EXTREMELY friendly, polite and has exceptional customer service. He really knew how to make me feel inportant. Unfortunately for me, i didnt get his name at the time of my order so i had to call back. Lorraine answered, and she was great at investigating his name for me. I let her know that the service here is ALWAYS beyond amazing. Much better than Starbucks on Bellfower next to WingStop. Again thank you Lorraine for the help and THANKYOUDIEGO for being sweet, friendly and helpful. You have great service. :) — Anthony

This Starbucks doesn’t ask the questions any other Starbucks would ask like would you like whipped cream or «that’s the hot drink right?» This leads to your frap not having whipped cream or getting the iced version of a drink you wanted hot. Just annoying is all.

I normally don’t provide reviews for chain venues a whole lot, simply because it’s a chain venue. But this place needs a wake up call. Even for a chain establishment, the service needs to improve. Date and time of incident: Friday 10/23/20158:57AM I ordered a Lemon Ale. Waited 15 minutes to get my Lemon Ale. I inquired about my order to the Barista, after three customers who ordered after me received their orders. The Barista looked over to another Barista and informed me that the other Barista had it ready for me. Waited an additional two minutes, then I proceeded to get my refund for my Lemon Ale. The cashier struggled to give me my refund back into my Starbucks card. At 9:15AM, the Lemon Ale comes out. Overall Thoughts: Either the staff forgot to make my order, or they simply put my order to the side to make more challenging orders, such as a mocha latte. Either way, I received my order late. And this isn’t the first time. They are consistent with making orders late with certain drinks. On top of that, the cashier struggled to give me my refund back into my Starbucks card. Perhaps additional training should be provided for the entire staff. P. S. There’s a «trainee» there working the drive thru. Two weeks ago this trainee gave me her scan gun for me to scan my own Starbucks card on my phone. This may not seem much, but from a business perspective that’s a liability for the company. You simply don’t hand a business owned device to a customer at a drive thru. If I wanted to scan my own freaking card I would’ve went inside and used one of the self scanning devices, which is docked next to the cashier. Again, additional training should be provided correctly to the entire staff. The only staff who appeared to have kept her head on her shoulders at this establishment was the person named Ivy, and the night crew. The morning crew was an abysmal. If you really appreciate your customers, then fix it.

When they get it right, it’s the best tastefull Frappuccino. Today it was one of those days. :) I say when they get it right, because lots of times they miss the shot or is just not enough flavor… I come here because when I’m craving it I’m at the CVS Store. If I have to recommend, I would say go some place else…

This Starbucks needs new management!!! Baristas do not know their menu and as I was waiting for my drink another customer behind me received their drink first. When I asked where my drink was the barista said I don’t have that drink waiting. I saw the cashier write my order on the cup. Very bad service here, ALWAYS!

This is the closest Starbucks to me yet I will not be returning. The baristas here have the snobbiest most boring attitudes. I can’t stand bad service no matter how much I enjoy the drinks. Receiving a bad attitude when I’m about to get my coffee fix on is a No No!!! Oh and the drive thru in the morning is super slow. Worst vibe at a Starbucks I’ve ever experienced.

I usually utilize their drive though because it’s more convenient, but I have stepped inside their establishment a few couple times. No issues with their drive through. Always quick when I’m on the go. When I’ve gone inside, there are a few times I’ve had to wait. Not a fan of being ignored at the register either. Once they do have my order, they finish it pretty quickly and not one has it ever been wrong.

Staff is really nice at this location. It’s very close to home for me. Free wifi, plenty of space. My fav drinks are the fraps and the teas. Nights arent too busy here. Morning do tend to be busier here.
