Since it’s in Garden State Mall, of course its quite busy. The customer service there was decently nice– I was helped after waiting about for a few minutes, which I can’t blame them for since I went on a Saturday and they were busy. I don’t expect to be waited on hand and foot. Walked out with a lovely pair of shoes, the nude platform pumps (which have been around for probably the second year) for 80 bucks.
Overall, just your average pricey boutique shoe store that happened to be the only store in the mall that had the exact shoes I wanted :)
