This AT&T literally has the worst customer service. I walked in and went to the back to talk to someone who I assumed was the manager. There was no one on the wait list and he told me he would put me on. I wait 10 minutes and not only did he not put me on, 3 other people were put on. I complained and they put me down as the 4th. I ended up waiting 45 minutes just to see someone. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this branch at all cost. It made me want to cancel my account and move to Verizon. At least there the employees swarm you asking if you need help and they’re willing to assist the second you walk in the door.

I went in explaining my problem and I was told to purchase a new phone. I did not want a new phone because the one I own has all the features I want. So the store associate did not stop. So I decided to get a new phone. So, I asked how long does it take to change the phone and I was told no time at all. So I decided on a phone and I was notified that it comes with a new plan. I did not want a new plan. Just the phone. So, i asked what phone could i get. She pointed out the phone and went in the back to check inventory. No inventory. This store is completely unprofessional. Shitty shitty store.
