This was my first ever stop at Baci Gelato at the stand in the middle of the walkway. It was 1:00pm on a Saturday. There were quite a number of flavors to choose from. Most flavors seemed to be half gone in each respective bin. I order a large cup of Ferrero flavor gelato, a flavor I’ve not had before in any food item. I received a utensil that looks like a spoon without the curved scooping end part plus a mini cone on top. It was very tasty and filling. Maybe a medium would had sufficed.

Even the small size cup was running so large and a cute cone was putting on top of the ice cream. Suggest the cappuccino flavor, rich and lasting.

Baci will satisfy your craving but it won’t be your end all be all gelato spot. Like most places in the mall, it does just enough to get by but not enough to keep you coming back. They offer 16 flavors, many traditional, and a few not so traditional(which change weekly). Tastings are free but will be hard to come by during busy weekends. You can do multiple scoops but not in the small size(kinda lame). They also have several toppings to help augment your frozen experience. Decent…

When I go to Gsp, I enter through the cpk, jcpenny entrance so the first thing I see is 16 handles. I can never resist frozen yogurt especially since they have rainbow cake as a topping. After walking through Jcpenny and turning a left, I noticed a gelato stand! What?! I threw away my half eaten yogurt. First thing I noticed was this blue… Gunky gelato. Bubble gum… I’m sure this appeals to children and some adults but come on, this is gelato not ice cream! You can only get one flavor in the small which sucks because I like getting half gelato half sorbet to create a balance so, I went with a medium — half pistachio, half blood orange. The flavors were intense and the texture smooth. Not the best gelato I have ever had but it is my choice over frozen yogurt any day.
