I come to this banana republic as a last resort. It’s always crowded and disorganized but it’s banana republic so I put up with mostly because I love the clothes and sometimes I just have the need to go shopping.

At any Banana Republic Factory Store, there are always sales on top of the factory marked prices. When I visited with my sister and father last week, we saw pretty much everything marked down from the tags.
Store is laid out like other BR Factory Stores. I was the only one in the dressing room for awhile, and then another lady came and tried on clothes.
Nothing spectacular to report on w.r.t. to merchandise; it’s a decent stop for work apparel.

First of all, full disclosure: I’m a big fan of Banana Republic. But shopping at this factory store is extra special. Great prices, great stuff and the same great customer service I get at the full price store. Special mention must go to manager Angel who made sure that I would be totally satisfied with my purchase (of a $ 9 top — no, this is not a typo). The sales staff treats every customer like a champagne customer. Absolutely the best!
I need to add that during my last visit Lisette made sure that I got exactly what I was looking for. She was great. Again this place doesn’t disappoint. My go-to store at this outlet mall.
