Just to be clear– this is the sprint store by the movie theatre. Horrible. First off, let me tell you that I spent at least 20 minutes waiting for a rep to sign up for Sprint. Hello– they only have two registers– not anywhere near sufficient enough to deal with the foot traffic of this mall on a Saturday. Second– I specifically told the rep I did not want the insurance. I get home to find it on my paperwork. Third– I go in there with my final bill from my old cell phone company so that they can pay my early termination fee and they tell me that they submitted it and I will get a gift card. Two weeks go by sans the promised confirmation email. I finally called today and was told it was never done. Meanwhile, my former cell phone company is hounding me for money… stop the world I want to get off… Call the 800 number instead– I spoke with Mike and he was great…

So this wireless store is built to look like an actual Sprint store and is located near the AMC movie theater on the second floor of the mall. The question I had was a simple«yes» or «no» on whether or not they repair iPhone screens at this location. After quietly waiting for 15 mins for a sales associate to make eye contact or even verbally acknowledge me standing in front of them, I finally just left the store. I don’t think anyone expects much from a cell phone store in the mall but this place really sets a new low.

This store is, I discovered the hard way, a third party provider for Sprint. I have a bit of advice for you … DONOTSETFOOTINHERE! I have been a devoted Sprint customer for years and just cancelled my plan because of this specific location. To keep it simple, they changed my plan without notifying me, added services that I did not authorize and would not let me return my phone within the 14 day grace period. When I called Sprint(the REAL Sprint), they straight-up told me that they are scamming me and not adhering to Sprint policy. I had such a horrible experience dealing with a manager that will do literally ANYTHING to make and keep a sale. If I say anymore, I might explode. Just take my advice. Call in your order. The phone reps are much better with customer care. I wish I could give zero stars for the way they treated me.
