If I could give no stars I would. Worst customer service. They made an awful bubble tea that I couldn’t drink and refused to give me another product. Horrible customer service.

ive vistited many bubble tea places and am dissapointed when they dont have bubble tea like cafrea… this place has the best bubble tea around. Tapioca is always chewy and they put the right amount of flavoring. my favorite is Taro!

I always get a little bit excited when I see a fellow Asian walking around drinking bubble tea. Soon after I go into hunting mode, as I quickly walk through the mall to find the bubble tea spot. It’s easy to find — just look for the Converse Store and its right in front of it. Cafrea seems to offer a lot of fresh fruit items, and froyo as well — but i know i wanted one thing and one thing only… Bubble Tea. So this review is focused on that. They offer 3 sizes, and for the most part they only offer a ‘slushy’ or blended type of smoothie. I was kind of saddened to see that despite having all the fresh fruit at their disposal, they don’t really use it in their Bubble tea flavors. They seem to use powders. They cook the bubbles well — so thats a good thing.

As a casual Unilocaler I rarely ever feel the need to write a review. I am however appalled by the service at this place. I asked for a large green apple bubble tea for my mother and brother, which was $ 6. The girl puts in heaping scoops of powder and barely any ice/water into the blender, and plops the lime green concoction in a cup of boba. We each take a sip and its so disgustingly sugary and sour that it’s undrinkable. We couldn’t even taste the green apple flavor because of the horrible over-saturation of powder. I nicely ask the girl at the counter if we could please have a different flavor as this flavor is really undrinkable. She looks confused and asks a lady on the side who is playing games on her phone(assuming this is the owner). The girl tells me they cannot make another flavor for me, just add ice to this one. I said okay then give me a refund. Girl says no. The owner was so engrossed in her game she did not even look up to speak to me. I went over to her, got her attention and demanded a refund. She said«sorry, mall policy no refund. Only more ice.» I told them to just keep the bubble tea. The way I see it I spent $ 6 to NOT drink gut-acid flavored bubble tea. I’ve had bubble tea from here before and it’s always been sub-par, but sometimes it was necessary to get my fix while shopping. Never again. These people are crooks and should be removed from the mall. Garbage.

The best frozen yogurt I’ve had and I’ve tried a couple places including 16 handles and red mango. The yogurt is creamy and the toppings are fresh. The strawberry is my favorite. They usually have samples in case you’re not sure what you want. I love coming to this place every time I’m in GSP.

Best bubble tea ever! Excellent customer service and always delicious, one of my favorite places to go at GSP! Special thanks to Steve, Stacy, and Irene for always treating me well and making great bubble tea!

Their frozen yogurt is probably one of the best I have ever had! It was more creamy than most self serve stands, and it didn’t have a weird alcohol taste like some frozen yogurts.

One star for really good smoothies buy ZERO stars for customer service. We go there all the time to purchase smoothies and the(very limited) staff isn’t exactly friendly but they aren’t exactly rude either so I never paid them much mind. I see the same two faces every time we go. Today my 4 year old daughter decided to try a different flavor of smoothie and as soon as she took a sip she said it was awful and she really wanted another kind. At $ 5 for a small smoothie(ridiculously overpriced) I really didn’t want to throw it in the trash, Essentially throwing my money away, nor did I want to spend another $ 5 buying a new smoothie so I very kindly asked the clerk to allow us to exchange the smoothie for a different kind because my child wasn’t happy with it.(Reminder — we purchase smoothies from these thieves all the time.) the guy rudely says no we can’t do that and turns away from me. WOW. So I leave the smoothie on the counter and walk away fuming. What kind of an establishment is that?! I’m positive the markup on their prices is immense. They couldn’t have taken a dollar or so loss? Well now the loss is going to end up being much more than that because they have now lost a frequent customer. I feel like I need to make it clear that I don’t believe we should have been entitled to a replacement smoothie but I believe their lack of doing so is a reflection of their lack of care for their consumers which means they basically suck. The end.(Edited for typos)

I don’t usually do Unilocal reviews Only when a business is very good or very bad. I’ve never heard such a thing like this– the girl at register told me that I had to put down my phone bcuz I’m not allow to take pictures while I was waiting for my order… I was like am I really? Not allow to take some pictures and post online?! Are you afraid that some1 going to send these pictures to L&I or what. Idk. But I stopped anyway just to stay away from trouble. Was gonna give them 1 star but hummmm maybe two stars for carrying fresh fruits. Time at the store: 8:20pm 5÷23÷14. 6+ dollars for a mid. Smoothies.

From the tips Had a large matcha buble tea, not super sweet. better quality than other mall places, not bad at all. No chalky residue from the other ones and you can fully taste the ingredients. A bit pricier though 3.6

B.Y.O.T.C = Bring your own table and chairs. Look, what can I say. They’re right when they tell you that their tables and chairs are for paying customers… but what’s with the attitude? Like I get it… They’re probably tired of telling hundreds of customers a day to not sit at their tables, but it’s not my fault their tables look like they’re part of the mall. Look, I’ve been coming to this mall for forever. Now the tables are all yours all of a sudden? Fine… but tame your dogs. Not everyone knows the rules are changed. So with all that being said… if you just stopped at Wetzel Pretzel and you need a place to sit, walk past the restroom and there’s this nice lounge area with couches. Other than that, their ice cream isn’t bad, and it’s actually not a bad place to visit.

Very rarely do I hate a cup of frozen yogurt so much that I throw it out after two bites. I have a terrible obsession with mochi but their’s was so bad… hard, stale, and coated with sugar? Maybe it was a fluke but I will not be returning.
