So as I walk into cotton on for the first time ever I was intrigued by the sign they put up for their new year sale. Once I walked in I was never greeted by anyone. I continued walking around in the store looking for specific item for about 10 minutes not one employee came To welcome me or ever n ask if I needed help with anything. I found something that I liked in the back of the store that a employee was merchandising. I didn’t want to jump right in touching and looking at the product so I patiently waited. Once she had pretty much everything up I politely asked was she finished she turns to me and says with a little attitude«no I’m not done when I am ill tell you!» With shock I walked away browsed one more time and walked out the store. This is a business I probably would never ever spend my money in. I’m in the service industry and I believe in great customer service no matter the price point. You never know who’s walking in your location.

Clothes great value. Horrible customer service! Mgr Mari unapologetic, uncaring after son prick finger needle on clothing. Fire your HR!

Affordable and good clothing. It’s all pretty cheap, but the clothing remains in style and fashionable. Don’t worry about clothes. It’s worth the money for their clothes. Every time I go there, I manage to find something inexpensive yet wearable. Definitely a good clothing store to shop at.

Love the clothes here! But worse customer service in the whole mall! Better off shopping online because no one in this store wants to help. Theres always«higher ups» trying to revamp this place… They need to work on customer service instead!
