Came here on a weekend to look for frames and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Definitely enjoyed coming here, however I’m taking one star off because the prices are a little higher compared to other places (I compared certain frames from different stores), but I’m happy with the customer service. The staff was very knowledgable and didn’t hesitate to help me look for frames (thanks for bearing with me — I tried on so many frames!).
Would definitely recommend this place :)

I have been a customer of Eye to Eye for what must be over 10 years now. Customer service is outstanding, the people are great. I have visited other retailers for different product lines, but no one comes remotely close to Eye to Eye Paramus for my continued business Even if I’m on the road and have a problem, fedex coordination has been outstanding.
