I thought the customer service here was great. I bought headphones for my wife the day before but had to return them(all she needed, it turned out, were replacement ear pieces). Even though I’d bought them from another store and didn’t have my receipt with me, the guy found me in the system and helped me return it, no problems. He also found the replacement ear pieces I was looking for that I thought I would have to order online(and they only cost $ 10).

I am more displeased with Bose’s policy than the store itself. For the premium price for their products, I was expecting a bit more customer friendly in dealing with a simple repair defect on their QC2 headphone. I was pleased with Bose with my radio and 301 speakers until this incident when I experienced their customer service policy. I would recommend that you don’t buy Bose because they will not give you the common sense service and will try to extract more money out of you when you need their help. I will look for an alternative to replace my headphone and will not go back again.
