FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

In order to call the location, you have to go through their main answering service. WAS ON HOLD FOR 15 minutes, as soon as a representative answered, you cannot hear them on the phone, and then you STILL have to be reconnected to the location and be on hold again! WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!

I don’t know… I’ve given this place a ton of opportunities and it’s just painful. I usually only do print services to pick up, but that usually takes forever anyways. Every time I go in there’s a line, the customer service is non-​existent and I even dread driving to this place. I think I need to find another places to go.

I’ve been to many a Kinkos and now Fedex Office locations printing full color brochures etc. This location is the best in the area and CJ not only knows what’s she’s doing but is very helpful. I won’t go anyplace else again if I can help it.

This FedEx or all FedEx suck? I really don’t know but the employees are really really worse employees I have ever met. My experience was so bad never ever think about to go there and to complete any kind of thing that you need to finish. I am still trying to calm down. FedEx such a big and worst brand that I have ever known.

We use this place all the time for work and play!
Need a poster, a banner, a sign? Just upload it on their website in like 5 minutes and go pick it up in a few hours or the next morning.
The help is is HELPFUL — how about that for a change? and I wouldn’t take my work to any of the big box stores like Staples and have to deal with them.
They open up mad early and they stay open pretty late — Whether for work or play – (need a banner for a birthday party?) Give them a shot.

So I usually love FedEx Office and Print Centers. Since I’m in sales, I’m on the road all day and don’t have an office to sit and print stuff, so I use these locations as my office whenever I need to sit and print out a ton of stuff.
I spent over an hour going through my company website and choosing and printing documents. Page after page, I must have chosen about 60 different documents to print. After I was finished choosing, I logged out of the computer and went over to the printer to gather my papers. The one colored page I printed was there, but none of the others. I walked around looking in all the printers, and finally asked.
«The black and white printer is out of order. There’s a sign on it.»
ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I look over and theres a tiny little sign on the back of one of the printers. HOW THE HELL WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THATS THE PRINTER IT DEFAULTED TO? I just spent over an HOUR of my day printing things that went no where. The woman told me to go back on the computer and print everything from the color printer.
I said it would have been nice for her to tell me this before I just wasted an hour. Her response was that there was a sign. I’m sorry I don’t usually walk over and examine the printers before I get on a computer and start printing. I told her the sign should be on the COMPUTER SCREEN not on the printer itself. She said they were only allowed to put the sign in a particular place. BS.
I wasted an hour and a half here. Granted, she did not charge for the SECOND time I had to log onto the computer to print my stuff, but the lack of customer care was unbelievable.

When I recently needed a bulk print out and mailing I decided to give my poor olé printer and its expensive cartridges a rest and sought out a copy shop. I happened upon this Kinko’s and it suited the job perfectly. Not much too look at but efficient. Better their ink than mine!
