Worst customer service. Ordered soft serve and asked the employee for a sleeve that goes over the cone which all the cones had exception of the 1 I had. It was not even an obnoxious request and the employee literally snatches the soft serve cone out of my hand which I already started eating and throws it in the garbage and proceeds with making a new cone. Her demeanor was just very rude and uncalled for.

I came in today to redeem my Godiva reward I received during my holiday shopping. I was quickly greeted and offered a sample of their soft serve. I accepted and continued to look around as I had no idea what I wanted! (Funny how that happens when you have a gift card!) Anyhow, their display is always nicely organized and the girls are always helpful, but there was one in particular who just kept asking me «so did you decide yet!!!» As if I had a time limit and an obligation to her to make a decision quickly. Hmmm Ok
Anyhow I ended up buying a macaroon and a cone of Berries and both were quite yum! Hehe

So the rating for this Unilocal review is all about the service. The chocolates and the layout are basically the same as any other Godiva, but the staff at this location really sets this place apart from all the other Godiva stores I’ve been to. Every staff member is enthusiastic, helpful and informative. I drop by this location whenever I go to the Barnes & Noble nearby and I’ve never had a bad (or even a meh) experience.

I only like their iced chocolate drinks and double dark chocolate truffle from the display.
I have my favorite chocolate place in the city. If you have not started your chocolate tour in the city, then must start doing it now.

If anyone reads my Unilocal — they know that I do not Unilocal chain business unless they are really good or really bad. Sooooo with this being said, I am Unilocaling this particular chain of Godiva because the staff here is extremely GOOD! Lauren, who is new (has only had the job for 2 weeks) was AWESOME. She took the time to help recommend different chocolates based on our tastes. And she made one mean chocolatelixer. Most sales associates only help when you ask or seem bothered when you want to place an order. Lauren was nothing of the above. She went out of her way to make sure we left as happy customers.

I have ordered party favors from this location and they did an excellent job. The manager is very friendly and very helpful, as is the rest of the staff. The store itself is immaculate and well-maintained.
