Went to this store to have the setting on my ring repaired. The repair expert is excellent! The store manager was very attentive and helpful as well. I would definitely go back.

Terrible quality of rings. I have had to bring my ring back at least 7 times in less than a year. The ring tarnishes and turns black. Every time I had to bring it back for a cleaning they have left the engraving off of it and I’ve had to pay to get in re/engraved when it was their fault. Now the band has split in half and it needs fixing again. I spoke to corporate about it and they won’t give me a refund. For having a ring for less than a year and having to bring it back numerous times for poor quality is ridiculous. This product looks great but my rings from Khol’s is a better quality. I don’t recommend anyone buying jewelry from this company. First and last time I ever buy something so expensive from this company. Waste of money and waste of time.

We recently purchased a ring with the help of Christina and her associate and are very satisfied with Helzberg Diamonds at Garden State Plaza.
The staff was not very pushy and did seem to provide a rather honest view on the facts that helped ease the decision making process. The price was reasonable and they exceeded expectations by doing the ring re-size the same day. They even offered to polish for free some other jewelry we own!
