Great staff they take there time listening to your concerns luv all the products still use all the ones they have recommended.

Super sweet and friendly staff. They take their time with helping you pick out the right products.

I think this place is great. I am not an expert on any types of creams or moisturizers, or any type of body products for that matter, but the stuff here is good. I originally passed by this store in Garden State mall and was drawn in to sample something that would make my hands less dry. A little less than a month later I now use this companies products for a lot of things. I shower with it, bring some stuff to work, and use it after the gym. I don’t know much about the stuff, but the employees do, and they helped me get stuff that make me look less like I just got 3 hours of sleep before work, and more like a healthy human rather than a half dead zombie. Stuff I put on my face is really refreshing and wakes me up. People in the store are really nice too and always try to assist you.

The staff and service were snobby snobby ladies. They act like they are the workers from Beverly Hills depicted from the movie Pretty Women. Better service elsewhere for this brand.

I remember wandering into their flagship store in Manhattan as a teenager wishing I could afford the insanely priced elixirs.
They had a perfume called «Rain» that I would sample on every time I went past. If I could have afforded it, it would have been my signature scent.
Alas, I digress…
I am happy to find there are now a few ways I can get my Kiehl’s fix as they have opened more stores and also have their product line in various better department stores around the country.
I have been shopping at this location for the last 2 years.
The sales staff is knowledgeable about the products and are good with recommendations.
Most every part of my skin and hair regimen is Kiehl’s products.
They are fairly generous with samples of things you may want to try but don’t want to invest in until you know it will work for you.
They stand buy their wares and it’s one of the very best skincare lines on the market today.
