No no no and NO! I was at the mall with one of my girlfriends and as we were passing this store, this young lady offered us a small sample of their Orogold 24K Deep Moisturizer Cream. We said no thank, but she was very adamant that we take is; so to appease her we did. Then she said she wanted to show us something. I know there’s always a catch, but since we were ending out shopping spree we decided to entertain her sales speech and entered the ornate gold-like plated store. She sat my friend and I down and proceeded to tell us she wanted to show us their deep peel cream made of «24K Italian gold» that we’d absolutely love. She smeared their magical potion(which looked more like gold colored glue) on the back of our hands and had each of us rub it off, and within minutes our dead skin started to peel off. I’ll admit, I was impressed at the results because the little patch of skin that scrubbed off was very smooth. This is where the young lady started to become aggressive saying this is a product we absolutely need, AND it’s made of 24K Italian gold and all natural ingredients. I told her I really liked seeing the result, but if the deep peel is the product they are selling, then the sample of their moisturizer does nothing for me and that I’d like to get a sample of the deep peel instead. She said they don’t have any samples, but for just $ 199 my face would look just as great as hers. Yes, because what mid 20-something year old doesn’t have good skin elasticity? Her sales shark pitch was becoming more accosting, telling us that we should be smart and to invest in our skin for the future and who wouldn’t want«gold» absorbed into their face? I told her a demo on my hand won’t sell me their product; I’d need to try this on my face a few times before I could justify dropping $ 199 right then and there without even knowing how my face would react to their peel. She said we should just trust her and that if we cared about our skin we would make the invest to get it. So I asked again if this is the product they are trying to sell, why are you giving samples of moisturizer away if it’s not the focus of your selling point? And get this — there is NOREFUND. Every time we tried to get up from the chair to leave she would put her body closer to keep us seated. Just very unprofessional and really turned me off. It’s a good thing I’m not someone who gets easily talked into purchasing things or else I’d be over $ 199 down(as I’m sure she would’ve started trying to package the sale with other products. As soon as I got home I hopped online to check out the reviews. I read SOOOO many negative reviews from people who had gotten sucked into purchasing their product(s), only to be told AFTER their purchase that there are no returns. I also checked the ingredients and it’s nothing but mainly harsh chemicals. Read the reviews for yourself people!

My sister and I went to the mall last Monday to do last minute Christmas shopping when we were stopped by «Mariano» and he offered us some face moisturizing samples. We said thanks and were about to be on our way when he asked me my age, and he said for my age my skin shouldn’t look like«that» he then proceeded to tell us to follow him into the store. He asked me to sit down and began to try and sell me on a bunch of different products, he sampled some face peel on my hand and showed me all the«dead skin.» I was on a very tight budget(Christmas shopping, obviously) and asked him the price, which he then said«this one is $ 178» and I explained to him that I could not afford that at the moment, which he then told me «how about I make you a deal, and I pay for half the product? I have that much confidence in my product to pay for half of it.» I still said no. He continued to try and to sell me on every other item at his counter, to which I all said no. He then grabbed the face peel he showed me from the beginning of our conversation and said«come.» He walked over to the counter and had me put the face peel into a bag and rang it up 50% off, at this point I just wanted to get out of the store and continue my shopping, so I did agree to pay the price and thought maybe the product wouldn’t be that bad. I did ask to make sure that if I didn’t like it could it be returned, which I was told yes. I paid, and when getting ready to run out of there, he pulled my sister aside and tried now to sell her something!(she’s 13) I said absolutely not, and we left the store. I checked the receipt to check the return time period which happened to be 7 days if I wanted a full refund(at this point its 3 days before Christmas Eve and the only time I could make it to the mall would be after Christmas) so I decided Saturday it would be. I make it to the mall Saturday(the day after Christmas) with intentions to confront Mariano and return something I didn’t want in the first place(something I later found out had terrible reviews). He wasn’t in the store at the time I walked in and I was helped by a woman standing at the register. When I told her I was there for a return, right away I can see she was not happy about it and asked if I had my receipt and wanted to see who sold me the stuff. She then pulls out her cell phone and proceeds to text whoever to find him. She keeps looking at my receipt and finally tells me «you have to call customer service, you only paid ½ price and this can not be returned in the store, I can’t return this for you.» What? How can you not return this, it was not opened or used and I brought it back within 7 days to be returned? She continued to tell me theres nothing she could do, I have to call customer service(which is open Monday — Friday 8:30PM — 5:30PM) She had no idea how Mariano was able to give me 50% but it couldn’t not be returned to the store. So now I’m very aggravated and stuck with something I will never use and out $ 95. I will be calling customer service on Monday to see if I can get a full return and if not I will be disputing this with my credit card(thank you American Express) A site that my boyfriend found for me after he witnessed what I went through in the store to return the face peel states many people who went through the same ordeal that i was put through. Check the link below before you enter this«place of business» to help you understand the kind of bullying you will be dealing with.

The staff at OROGOLD at Garden Sate Plaza is very professional. I found them to be very helpful when selecting their product. I have been using OROGOLD for just over a week now and I love the results. I saw results immediately. My friends and family also commented on how great my skin looks. I plan to continue to use this product.
