Oh boy. The only reason for the 2nd star is because the nice lady who helped us really did try her best against the odds.
Went there to buy appliances for my kitchen. Got there at 7:30pm and because of their antiquated computer system, did not complete my purchase until almost 10pm.
Salesperson could not get the discounts we were entitled to to go through in the system. Also, we were given wrong information about the warranty program and delivery. Every step of the process was a fail.
Products themselves are great, but the purchasing process is an endurance test.
