Sleepy’s

This is an update to my previous review. They put some bogus email
asking me to send them my contact info, the order# etc as if they were going to rectify the situation. It’s a bunch of BS. This is for others who may be seeing this review and to mislead people. MY Stern and most helpful advice. Is DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are full of crap and do not appreciate loyal customers. GO ELSEWHERE.

If your looking for a mattress, make sure you do lots of research and know how big of mark ups there are and what to look out for. I went in, pretty much knew what I wanted and got a good deal. Anthony helped me out and was great. Gave me an extra discount, next day delivery/​haul away and a quick and easy transaction.
At first, walking to the door I felt like turning around. It’s probably been the same way since the 1970s. The old red carpet, thin metal doors and sleezy looking interior. Looked like a cheap motel. They did have the biggest selection of mattresses in the area though.
Other than its looks, I would recommend this location to others looking for a mattress. Just do your research and never purchase a mattress if its not on sale!

I visited the Rt. 17 Paramus Sleepy’s looking for my first new mattress and was deeply impressed with the breadth of knowledge and friendliness I experienced. Anthony G helped my mom and I decide on a mattress that met my needs but her budget! I’m so happy with my purchase and the whole experience was great. I never felt pressured to make a decision but he also answered all of my questions before I even thought to ask them. Highly recommend this location and this sales associate!

I recently visited the Rt. 17 Paramus Sleepy’s location in search of a new bed and I was beyond satisfied with my purchase and the customer service I received. Knowing only the basics of picking a mattress, I was thrilled that Anthony Giordano was able to make buying a new mattress as easy and comfortable as possible. He was informative and down to earth. I felt like he was helping me make the right decision at every turn, he walked me through everything without me ever feeling dumb or pressured, from helping me decide which mattress was best for my kind of sleeping to which pillow I would get the best support from. I have cats and he had the forethought to mention an allergen mattress protector for my bed (which I love by the way because my cats shed and scratch and it took a toll on my last bed.) Even on the day my bed was going to be delivered, Anthony followed up with me to ensure that everything went smoothly, which it absolutely did. Anthony Giordano is a true asset to Sleepy’s and I have and will continue to strongly recommend him to anyone looking for outstanding customer service.
