The Vitamin Shoppe

There are two main behemoths in the vitamin/​supplement game, GNC and The Vitamin Shoppe. The two, however, operate in very different ways, mostly having to do with personnel. While on my visits to GNC I encounter employees who are either busy texting or trying to sell me some BS that I really don’t need, Vitamin Shoppe staff seems more concerned with my needs. I generally leave GNC feeling frustrated or ripped off as opposed to feeling accomplished and educated leaving Vitamin Shoppe. Their employees also seem way better trained in product while GNC’s favor the up-​sell approach. Vitamin Shoppe is also meathead-​free meaning that most of their staff are health enthuiasts as opposed to steroid shooting douchebags.
For this reason GNC has completely lost my business and I would suspect a lot of others’ as well. I would rather fork over my hard earned dollars to someone who has a concern with my health, than some goon looking to make extra money to fuel his PED habit.
It’s really refreshing to walk into to this location as they’re always more than willing to make a suggestion or answer a question. Because of this they’ve earned my business. Great prices, too.

This Vitamin Shoppe is really good! I have found very helpful staff and managers who seem to really care what they sell you. I have never been upsold unlike the other large company with the three initials! The employees are not on commission here and this to me is very important.
There return policy even if the product is used as well as the fine rewards program makes me a lifetime happy customer!

Good place to get supplements at moderate to low prices.
House brands are a good value e.g. Vitamin D, and the House liquid Multivitamin.
The reward program is a must join if you buy a lot of Sups. They sent me $ 100 cash in rewards at the end of last year.

I came back with my coupon and they gave me my $ 10.00 this is definite a place I like doing business.
