This restaurant doesn’t have a roof, so the seating is all outside. They have a good variety of beers, but the menu was not up to date, so the first few I tried to order were out. I will come back.

Love the atmosphere and craft beer options. Impressive for Paris! A very«Dallas» feel with very«Dallas» food. My husband loves the tacos. In a fan of the fries.

What a great experience. We loved this place. Great vibe and atmosphere. Felt like NYC. Really good food. Simple menu. Great staff and great beer selection. We had a really fantastic night and didn’t want to leave. They had ahi poke style tuna. Amazing. Seared fish tacos were the best. Great IPAs. I’d be there a lot if I lived there.

Neat place — great atmosphere. I’m a wine-o and could use a little bigger wine list, but other than that everything was good. Drove by on a sunny Saturday afternoon and they were closed! Other than having more hours and more wine I love this place! Perfect for a drink and appetizers after work or meeting up with the girls on a Friday afternoon.

Truly a gem hidden in an «alley» of Paris, Texas. We tried a little of everything. I suggest you do the same Such kind employees as well. Tip: if the girl’s bathroom is full, the men’s is also clean. Somehow I ended up going in there twice during my first visit haha. It’s because they kept our beer pitchers full! Cheers!!! I’ll be back next time I’m in Paris!

We live about two hours from Paris, TX — but we may have to move closer to Paris, TX so We can go to 107 more often! Unique location, great craft beer as well as classic selection and a menu that appeals to folks looking for things that are just a little different… special. We had fried catfish with garlic fries and malt vinegar and salt wings. Atmosphere is very nice. We will make it back soon.

We drive through Paris regularly as we travel back and forth from Tulsa to Louisiana, and just recently stopped to eat at 107. If you ever go to Paris, even if you are just driving through, you must eat here! Wonderful atmosphere, wonderful workers, and wonderful food!

Passing thru and needed a steak. Thank goodness it’s a Wednesday and the 107 had a special. Wow what a special. Beautiful Thick cut ribeye for $ 23. Cooked perfect and I mean perfect. Steak was perfect in every way. They even got the grill marks perfect. And all the fries they could give me. Friendly people all around. They didn’t have Bud heavy. Bud light but not Budweiser, I’m pretty sure that’s a popular beer. Will come again when passing thru.

This place is AWESOME! The food is exquisite and the atmosphere resembles a warm southern fused trendy urban patio party. A very comforting experience to a city girl moving into a a rural area. This is a must try!

Wow. Talk about a gem. The atmosphere is great. Very unexpected for a small town. Garlic fries are the . Brisket nachos have great flavor. Husband got szchewan pulled pork tacos and said they were very very good. Beans were a little salty. Do have a $ 5 cover/person for the band that is not posted but they sounded good so we didn’t care. Overall we highly recommend if you are go off the main path from Dallas to Arkansas.

My fiancé and I will be moving to Paris next month, and we were in town from Dallas to sign our apartment lease. We really wanted to try a local place, and 107 had good reviews, so we decided to try it out. We were not disappointed! We’re both really big craft beer drinkers, so when I saw that this was a «craft beer» place, I’ll admit I expected to see Blue Moon on tap. Nope! 107 sports Deep Ellum IPA on tap. We didn’t get any drinks so I’m not sure what else they offer — but hey, if they have Deep Ellum on tap, then it’s safe to say this place can really serves craft beer. Oh yeah, and the food was really good, too. And we really liked the indoor-outdoor atmosphere. We’ve already decided this will be a go-to for us.

I was in town for an Army training event and wanted to find some good grub in the infamous Paris, Texas. I and a few of my comrades decided on 107, based on good Unilocal review. When we walked in, we got more than a few stares from the other customers, probably because we were still in our duty uniforms and had been baked by the hot sun all day. The interior is cray cool, because it’s actually outdoors. It is actually wedged between two buildings and due to the various awnings, gives the appearance of being a traditional building. The waitress said they simply have to close when the weather is rainy or snowy. We were surprised at how clean and everything was given the fact that we were«outside.» At first we thought the place had a retractable roof, like Cowboys stadium, haha. We all ordered some sort of fish entrée and were all very pleased. Our waitress was very attentive and was always Johnny-on-the-Spot with refills and such. I received a phone call from our base and had to return in a hurry, so I went up to the front to get the check. Surprisingly, the owner said she picked up our tab and it was on the house! We were flabbergasted and so gracious. Thanks for the memories, Paris! Great place, 107!

Cool place in downtown Paris. Lots of parking for a unique indoor-outdoor bar/restaurant. Owner was very nice. She let us bring our dog inside instead of making him wait in the car. Food was great. Probably a pretty cool bar at night.

One of the best dinners I have ever had! The cheese board was my favorite and the sashimi was very fresh. Love the atmosphere and the whole concept.

This was great. Was driving through and looking for a great place to relax. Mostly fried food but it’s a place we’d come back if given the opportunity. I am very particular about tzatziki sauce and while it was not entirely authentic it was delicious. We enjoyed the garlic fries, great beer selection(would have preferred some local beer) and beautiful ambiance. The sweet chili wings were ok but not stellar. Overall really great experience and pleasantly surprised. Tiffany was a great server as well!

So glad to have found this gem. Paris is lacking in upbeat places. It now has one more. The wait staff is attentive and friendly as they come. As is the owner. I had the garlic fries and pulled pork sliders. Both were great. The fries were a tad overdone but once you soak ‘em down with malt vinegar and taste them all is forgiven. Great beer selection is another plus. Something for every taste. The open air atmosphere is a delight. Since I am in Paris on business often I will be returning again and again. Great job 107, and best of luck.

Rarely do I give a full boat of stars to anyplace but this one deserves it. Proprietor and chief bottle washer, Bret Holbert has outdone himself on what was supposed to have been a «soft opening.» He and partners apparently pulled out all the stops and it turned into a GRANDOPENING and grand it indeed was, folks. As a chef and professional barkeep I get invited to lots of spots in the course of my work and I am privileged to tell you that Paris, TX now has a first-rate beer garden and wine taster joint, complete with MOST excellent bar food. I’d recommend the cheese, fruit and meat spread. Delicious and vicious for a suitable accompaniment to any of the local brews on tap and the surprising wine selections. Paris, you’re on the map. First rate. Find 107 on Facebook here:
