Murray, KY

Drove from Murray, KY to try this place out. Both my friend and I loved it and plan to return in the near future. The food was fresh and delicious (had the dumplings and chicken and broccoli) and the prices were low. The portion sizes were good. The restaurant itself was not too busy, but had a decent crowd for lunch. I highly recommend.

The golden dragon is THE BEST Chinese restaurant in town and is actually the best I’ve had anywhere! All items are prepared fresh, nothing old and leftover like the other Chinese places in town. There are 3 generations working there and their food is prepared with love and care. They give a damn about what they are serving you! The spring rolls and egg rolls are excellent as well as their freshly made soups. The mei fun and lo mein are delicious if you’re feeling pasta. Otherwise, The kung pao chicken, chicken curry, and General tsao s are my favorite with steamed rice (their pork fried rice is really good too!)I heard the egg foo yung is amazing but never tried it.

Had the Kung Pao chicken, it was delicious. Place was clean and it’s one of the few restaurants open on a Sunday around here. I recommend it.
