This place is amazing. If you want great food and a warm welcome in a non-fussy atmosphere it can’t be beat. My wife and I show up regularly without a reservation and they never fail to make us feel at home, even on busy nights.

The food was not good. We had: chicken tikka masala, saag channa, daal makhni, and chicken kebab. It was all bland and barely resembled Indian or Persian food in any way. I only give it two stars because no one got sick. It was very bad.

I give this 4 stars for quality and price. This is definitely one of the more affordable options in park city. The food is excellent and the service is friendly and accommodating. My favorite dish was the vegetable korma. The kebabs were delish too!

Great food & incredible service! I showed up 15 minutes after they closed(the restaurant was packed; there was only one table open) & politely asked if I may still be seated for dinner. I was promptly seated & served. Their salads & vegetarian dishes are superb!

Small portions, not as vibrant as most Indian restaurants. They don’t have the traditional curry names, so one has to order chicken curry or beef curry. The food did taste fresh though.

Never been here for breakfast, as I just don’t think of Indian food for breakfast. Even in India, where Big Larry has traveled extensively, breakfast is not a big deal meal, so pass on that. On to the main event. If you want great Indian food outside of India, you should travel to London or Singapore, where the Indian food is more Indiany than Mumbai. Try Samy’s or Banana Leaf Apollo in S’pore if you want to change your mind about Indian; you’ll not find fish-head curry that is better. Swear. Houman here in PC tries mightily and he succeeds in some respects; I mean heck, he cooks against Bobby Flay, for goodness sake, and he has an impeccable culinary pedigree AND he is a heck of a nice guy, but he really doesn’t make authentic Indian or Persian food. He has to dumb it down for the tourists and it shows, unfortunately. I suspect ingredients are one part of the problem and the fact that a tandoor is lacking is another. Now in fairness, I know that keeping a tandoor running at altitude and in the cold and heat of a mountain locale is just about impossible, so he gets a bye for that. Food is OK, especially when you get a hankerin for ethnic munchies that are 20 hours away in a metal tube, but the rice, which is a staple in India is a disappointment as is the dal, whose portions and middle of the road spices are lackluster. The chicken is always great, though, as is the lamb. I wish there was a better paneer, but the servers are top notch and having a local exotic restaurant is wonderful. Try the service for two or four and you won’t be disappointed, unless of course you just ate at Samy’s.. He is off the beaten path, but we are all glad he is here in PC. Maybe he should make a «real» Indian menu and offer it up if you ask. Hey, I know it’s tough making a go of it in the restaurant biz in PC, and Larry is glad he is here. I just wish he would make a fish-head curry special occasionally. That would be awesome. Wouldn’t it be cool if he had some of that cashew liquor called Feni in the back room?

The service is impeccable and the food is excellent and incredibly fresh, made from wholesome ingredients. I love the shrimp vindaloo. Also, breakfast here is the best in Park City.

We ordered delivery from this place, and I may be mistaken but I believe they use a 3rd party delivery service(common in Park City). The food took quite awhile, about an hour and a half. But I don’t know if that’s the delivery service or the restaurant. Regardless, the food was really expensive for what it was. As far as Indian Cuisine goes, I’d call it average. Would I eat here again? Sure.

Went tonight for dinner, and it was the best! The staff during our dinning experience were so nice + kind, welcoming and had a wealth of knowledge about the food and dish suggestions. We are new to town, and they took the time to introduce themselves and welcome us to the area — sending us off with a tub of fresh hummus and a menu urging us to visit for breakfast(which looked delicious!) I highly recommend the samosas to start — they are severed with some delicious dipping sauces. For our main meal we went with the Nawabi Share Platter — we tried the chicken, lamb and shrimp. It was so delicious… we could have licked the platters. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Came up from SLC for Sundance. Summary: Food was ok but portions were very small and absurdly priced — like twice Bombay House in SLC. Light dinner for two with 3 drinks $ 100. Ridiculous.

Breakfast is amazing here. The blueberry muffins, a total delight. Note, there are some other reviews here complaining about how bad this«Indian» food is; read the site(not Unilocal), and you’ll notice this is an Indo-Persian Amerian restaurant. If you’re looking for your stock Americanized Indian fare, try another establishment. They use great ingredients, the quality quite apparent, with each bite. The dishes are just as the category of cuisine suggest: masala in a scramble, a breakfast burrito with vindaloo, and salmon tandoori, just to give a few examples. For the most part, Park City’s food consists of pub fare and the like, so this change of pace, with the quality ingredients to boot, well, that’s just grand.

We came here for lunch today — had the Navratan Vegetable Korma which was delicious. Lots of veggies in a coconut curry sauce, super good, with jasmine rice. I also tried the flat bread, really good. I recommend for a change of pace from all the burger/steak places in the area. The dining area is tiny, so I don’t think it would be good for large groups. Also, it’s kinda pricey for what you get.

I’m tempted not to review them as my favorite Park City restaurant because I don’t want them to get too crowded. Their food and their Karma is LOVELY. They are a small Park City restaurant off the beaten path. My favorite is the Vindaloo and my husband loves the lamb… any way they make it. I especially love dining here in the summer months when they have their patio dining available. If you like your space it may be a bit intimate for you and if you’re not into spicy food make sure you tell your waiter… these are not strikes against them in my book, just advice for the sticklers. Great unique breakfast available(not many breakfast options in this town) and a perfect place for lunch or dinner.

Find this place and eat here. It’s a long-time local fav. Breakfast is wonderful, classics and more exotic fare befitting a place that magically transforms to have Persian and Indian classics as well. Presentation is gorgeous, outside seating in the pedestrian mall is great, and the place’s décor is nothing like the surroundings would have you expect. As fun and funky as it sounds.

Superb! My wife and I fancy ourselves as connoisseurs of good Indian food and we were taken with how delicious everything was that we ordered. There are many vegan and vegetarian options in addition to a wide selection of curries. The service was outstanding!

Good Karma is one of the best places in Park City for breakfast(a ski town oddly lacking in good breakfast spots), but we had never eaten dinner here before. This ski season, we rectified that with a visit for dinner, and we were very impressed with the food! It is not anything spectacular or out of the ordinary, but it is very good quality, tasty Indian food(they call it Indo/Persian, but I didn’t see much of what I would call Persian on the menu), and it was also a nice change of pace after the standard mountain fare. We started with their samosas, which were crispy and since they are baked, not at all greasy. For dinner, we had the Madras beef curry and the lamb curry. Both were very good, and very different. We also had their chicken kebab, which was fine if not particularly noteworthy. And we tried the eggplant, which was perhaps the highlight of the whole meal. As always, service was very good too. Their waiters are always attentive and delightful.

If you’re like me and expect traditional Persian/Indian cuisine at a location that claims they serve it, then you’d be disappointed to see that the naan is not traditional naan, it’s the kind you buy at the store and put in the oven. That’s not naan. You would also expect a curry dish to be just that, not a bowl with rice, steamed vegetables and a bit of curry in there, causing all the curry to be absorbed by the rice(basmati rice was overcooked). The food overall was bland, the tofu vindaloo was definitely not worth $ 16 in my opinion. Then again, I’m used to traditional Indian and Persian food, not made to appease American palates, but made to showcase the real food and culture of those regions. This place I feel caters to those who don’t know better. There are no traditional spicy chutneys available on the table, I ordered a cilantro, pepper chutney, which was bland. The service was attentive and the location is nice and quaint however why don’t they play Indian/Persian music instead of mainstream top 40. 3 stars is all you get from me.

Delicious. Keep imagining the breakfast that was devoured many mornings ago. Have recomended this place to plenty of friends, especially my vegan and vegetarian pals who swoon over anything that doesn’t lack flavor because you took out some animal products. So flavorful with aromas that make you want to just melt. The tofu and vegetables were cooked perfectly, with a hint of spice that was easily tamed with their organic coffee. Reasonably priced for the location compared to plenty of other places I have tried in the area. Definitely the best tasting compared to the prices I have experienced with my recent adventures in Park City Land. The pictures express more than a thousand words that I can message through a keyboard. I hope to post more when I am able to taste their dinner and lunch items.
