The staff was helpful as soon as I walked in the door and has serviced two of my bikes to date. The new road bike selection is nice and the employees get to know your needs before they recommend the best fit.

Best place to buy a bike. Get a bike serviced or get bike parts. I’ve been a customer for over five years.

Now owner says he threw bike out and I should get over it. Again I reiterate owner is a lying prick.

A few weeks ago she bought a new bike. First Ramon took the time to explain all the
pros and cons of different brands. He came out with her twice to try two different bikes and point out the differences. She never felt like he was just a salesman, but rather a friend making sure she bought the correct bike for my needs.
When the bike was completed, he took the time to make sure the fit was right.
Even brought her out again with the new bike to make sure she felt comfortable.
After a few rides, she felt she needed a few small changes. Mike took care of them right a way with no extra charge. He has always been more than fair with us.
She loves her new bike-​it has made a world of difference in her ride.

I have purchased several bikes from Cyclesport, and we keep going back! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they never try to over sell or up-​sell you components and gear that are not necessary. They keep things honest, and not many places are like that these days. I highly recommend visiting the shop or partaking in their group rides. Truly a great experience.

Cyclesport deserves 5 stars, but I’m keeping it real cause everyone gets better, and because I want you readers to know it’s the real deal, not some spam bot. My bike shop in San Francisco referred me to Mike before I moved East, and I walked in the door with a big request: put my bike back together! (It’s an S&S coupler travel bike.) Garrett wrenched it as good as new, and Ramon made me feel like an old time customer who already belonged. I’ll be back to shop, tweak, and ride with these guys — and you should too.

This bicycle shop is the probably the best in business around this area. The staff at the store is very friendly, knowledgeable, extremely professional and very approachable. All your bike needs are taken care of instantaneously. No matter what the issue or question is when it comes to biking related stuff, they are always available and ready to help you with your needs. People at this store will help you choose the right bike, the right gear and also help you improve your biking position by measuring you and providing you with a perfect fit. When you purchase a bike from this store, they will take good care of your bike by making adjustments whenever needed, tuning the bike whenever you want — all while making the customer feel welcomed at the bike shop. For some reason, if you are unhappy with the bike you got at this store, they will leave no stone un-​turned to make sure that it is fixed to your satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is paramount to any business and Cyclesport has the best customer oriented people in business working at the store. Definitely check them out if you are in the area and looking for bikes or any other bike related gear.

This is a fantastic bike store for anyone and essential if you ride over 150 per week. Their mechanical expertise is fast, friendly and most importantly extremely experienced. I will not bring my 12 bikes anywhere else.

Great shop! I was on a business trip and had the opportunity to ride with the shop on one of their evening rides. I had a shifting issue that needed attention prior to the ride. Long story short… after I borrowed a couple tools and couldn’t fix it. The owner had one of his technicians throw my bike on the stand and fixed it. The ride was enjoyable as well…
