Coworkers and I order lunch from here about once a month. Pizza is good, with a sort of sweet tomato sauce, yet so good! We’re HUGE fans of the chipotle BBQ wings! Always a must. Broasted chicken is good too.

Went here on Saturday. Ordered the calamari for starters. Was over cooked to the point of being white leather. Service and quality has gone from first to worst. We will never visit again.

I’ve been to this location several times. The food is consistently good. However, the service is always slightly below average, especially when it gets nearer to closing time. Very kid friendly. They have a motorized train above the tables and kids love to watch it. Plus free shaved ice.

Good appetizer selection, yay! to toasted ravioli. Bar service otoh, was sub-par. How do you call a drink a «Manhattan» on your menu and serve it on the rocks! Ordered a draft later on in the meal… it never arrived, but the bill sure did!

They’re pizza has always been at the top of my list for favorite pizza! Delivery time is decent and service is always friendly. They always mail me coupons which is a plus in my book !!

Got a delivery order a few days ago. I ordered a basil, tomato, mozzerella panini. Most places call that a caprese, but they had another name for some reason. They put the tomato against the bread, so the bread was soaking wet when I got it. Usually you put cheese or basil against the bread so it doesn’t get soggy. They forgot my salad and when I called, they said that they would have the driver bring it. He never showed up. I asked them to refund the cost of the salad to my credit card and they didn’t. Any idiot can run a pizzeria… well, I guess not all of them can.

Stopped in March 30th, 2016 at dinner hour. I was warmly greeted and seated by a young staff who know their job. Meal was prepared quickly as restaurant was not crowded. My waitress was great. The chicken Parm($ 14.76 with a cup of tea) on the other hand was just okay. The chicken was stringy and tough to cut. Wished they took the time to pound the cutlet. I asked for a slice of bread but the restaurant doesn’t offer it with the meal according to the waitress. What Italian restaurant doesn’t have bread with a saucy meal? I could however buy some. I liked the building as it was clean and airy. I’d come back and try something else in the future.

So disappointed! We wanted to try some place new so we ordered for delivery. 14′ pizza with roast beef and giardiniera with 8 bosco sticks, total $ 41.00! The pizza had barely any roast beef or giardiniera on it and the bosco sticks had very little mozzarella cheese in them. The only good thing was the sweet pizza sauce but what a dissappointment. I tried to send them an email but the website won’t let you. I will never order from them again and will always order from Joe’s on Higgins, our usual pizza place that has the best pizza ever, no matter what you order on it!!!(oh and their ribs are better than Gale Streets)!

Love the train around the restaurant. Hot Dog appointees are interesting. Lovers the think crust pizza. Went back again this week. Had the steak combo. So good. Can’t beat prices or the friendly waitresses.

Never been here before. Only came in to grab something to eat before getting my hair dyed next door at Floyd’s. Was pleasantly surprised with my visit. Got an unsweetened iced tea, chicken Caesar wrap, with sweet potato fries. The fries cost an extra dollar, but were super delicious! If I am in the area again, I will totally come back here!

Went there at 10:40 pm on a Saturday night, only to be turned away because they were supposedly closed. They’re supposed to be open till midnight. Meh.

This place is very convenient from my work and has great Pizza. They do lunch buffet for Pizza and Salad at $ 10 bucks. It’s definitely worth it if you are looking for good food and casual atmosphere. They have outdoor covered seating. Parking can be an issue depending on the time of the day haven’t had issues personally.

Been here twice for a lunch break while at work. I heard the Calzone’s were a must try. So we called ahead and actually placed order about 40 minutes before we showed up. I would highly recommend that so you don’t have to wait or in a hurry with your work schedule. Both times I’ve eaten outside on the outdoor patio. Food, Service was great in the past month, the two times I’ve been here with co-workers. The cheese calzone is delicous. This has to be my new favorite pizza place.

This is a second and updated review. Since my first experience, I have gone back several times(Its literally a block from where I work) and have had a much better opinion of it since then. The staff is friendly, and the pizza is great. If you go on their website you can see some of the cool specials they have on a daily basis.

I’ve been here before and was really hoping to write a glowing review but unless you’re ordering pizza, I’d say find another place. The thin crust pizza was great, but the lasagna was frozen and reheated in a microwave. It was a clotted lump of soggy noodles and yuck. The spaghetti with sausage was over cooked noodles tossed with reheated sauce with microwaved sausage on top. Another yuck. Just get pizza.

HIGHLY recommended. Great pizza. Great food in general; large Italian selection or pastas, meat and salads. Great prices. Great for kids or adults. Full bar. Great for parties also. And they have a large patio that is covered! They have delivery or cary out options also!

I was in town for business, and had the food delivered to the office. Delivery was rather fast, but my sweet potato fries came soggy and mushy. The chicken guacamole panini I had was not bad, though the chicken tasted a bit rubbery. I think it was likely previously frozen(in fact, I’m pretty sure). It’s the kind of food that’ll do in a pinch — standard fare; nothing to write home about.

Have you ever been to a restaurant and have a waitress demand a tip? Well that is what happened to us tonight. Our waitress was not the greatest, our pizza came out cold and before our appetizers! We ordered a salad, bruschetta and a spinach dip and our pizza came out 15 minutes before the bruschetta and spinach dip. Their excuse? The kitchen was behind. 1– the place was not packed, even for Valentine’s Day. 2– if the kitchen staff was behind, why was the pizza even put in the oven before the appetizers could be finished? We ordered bruschetta, that consists of bread and tomatoes. Come on now. 3– their special for Valentine’s Day was a medium«heart» shaped pizza and a bucket of beer our pizza was not heart shaped. Don’t offer something if you aren’t going to present it. After our $ 90 bill was paid on credit and we’re waiting to get change to give her a cash tip. My mother in law went to the washroom and the waitress demanded to know where her tip was. She also confronted my husband! And when he stated that he needed change she said«forget it, I don’t want it and walked away». It was rude and very unprofessional. In all our years going to restaurants, we have never had a waitress demand a tip. It was very humility for someone to do this. We have been to other locations and have never had a problem before. We will not be returning to the park ridge location ever again.

This review is only based on my take-out experience, as I’ve never dined in the restaurant itself. That being said, the pizza here is the best I’ve tasted since moving to the area in February. My veggie pie was super fresh and loaded with toppings. The pizza was perfectly cooked. The crust had the right amount of crunch and the rest of the squares(yes, it’s cut into squares) were nice and chewy; just the way I like it. Not sure what their other specialties are, but I’ll definitely return to try other menu items. 4⁄5 stars because even though the pies are worth the $$$ the pizza here is definitely a splurge item.
